Abstract
表面に親水性を付与することで屋外暴露における耐汚染性に優れた非水系塗料用組成物を提供する。
【解決手段】
(a)加水分解性珪素基を有する重合体100重量部に対し(b)シリコーン系界面活性剤0.5〜30重量部、より好ましくは1〜20重量部を配合してなるようにした。(c)粒径0.2〜4.0mmの無機充填材をさらに配合してなることが好ましい。また、前記(a)加水分解性珪素基を有する重合体100重量部に対し、(d)アミノシラン0.5〜10重量部をさらに配合してなることが好適である。

Description
[式中において、Yは−NH2基及び/又は−NH−結合を含有し得るアルキル基、アリール基、アルコキシアルキル基、シクロアルキル基であり、Zは炭素数が1〜6までのアルキル基を表す。なお、3個のZは同一であっても異なっていてもよい。]
表1に示す配合組成に従い、各成分を高粘度用混合撹拌機を使用して常温、減圧にて混合し、塗料用組成物を得た。

1.付着性
JIS K 5600塗料一般試験方法 付着性(クロスカット法)に準拠し、下地;モルタル板、塗布厚;1mm、養生;23℃50%RH×7日、カットの間隔;2mmの条件で測定した。塗膜の表面の状態を観察し、はがれがない格子の目の数を表2に示した。
上記付着性試験と同様の方法により試験体を得た。常温で得られた試験体の塗膜に0.2ccの水滴を滴下し、その1分後に水滴が塗膜に接触する接触角を測定した。
上記付着性試験と同様の方法により試験体を得た。得られた試験体を屋上にて3ヶ月暴露した後、その雨だれ汚染状況を観察し、以下の基準に従って目視で判定した。
◎:雨筋がつかない、○:雨筋がわずかにつく、△:雨筋がかなりつく、×:雨筋が顕著につく。
上記付着性試験と同様の方法により試験体を得た。得られた試験体の塗膜のざらつき状態を目視で観察した。評価基準は下記の通りである。
◎:ざらつき感の程度が大きい、○:ざらつき感がある、△:ざらつき感がなく、平滑面である。
Claims (4)
- (a)加水分解性珪素基を有する重合体100重量部に対し(b)シリコーン系界面活性剤0.5〜30重量部を配合してなる非水系塗料用組成物。
- 前記(a)加水分解性珪素基を有する重合体100重量部に対し前記(b)シリコーン系界面活性剤1〜20重量部を配合してなる請求項1記載の非水系塗料用組成物。
- (c)粒径0.2〜4.0mmの無機充填材をさらに配合してなる請求項1又は2記載の非水系塗料用組成物。
- 前記(a)加水分解性珪素基を有する重合体100重量部に対し、(d)シランカップリング剤0.5〜10重量部をさらに配合してなる請求項1〜3のいずれか1項記載の非水系塗料用組成物。
