Abstract
【解決手段】 ポリエステルポリオール(A)を主成分とする主剤、並びにジオール化合物(B1)と有機ジイソシアネート(B2)を反応させて得られる、実質的にイソシアヌレート基を含有しないアロファネート変性ポリイソシアネート(B)を主成分とする硬化剤からなるポリウレタン塗料組成物により解決する。

Description
合成例1
攪拌機、温度計、冷却器及び窒素ガス導入管のついた容量:1Lの反応器に、HDIを900g、PTMG−250を100g、Oc−Zrを0.4g仕込み、90℃で3時間反応を行った。次いで、リン酸を0.1g仕込み50℃で1時間停止反応を行った。停止反応後の反応生成物のイソシアネート含量は38.2%であった。この反応生成物を130℃×0.04kPaにて薄膜蒸留を行い、アロファネート変性ポリイソシアネートイソシアネートALP−1を得た。薄膜蒸留後の収率は35.0%であった。ALP−1のイソシアネート含量は16.3%、25℃の粘度は2,000mPa・s、遊離ジイソシアネート含有量は0.1%であった。また、ALP−1をFT−IR及び13C−NMRにて分析したところ、ウレタン基、イソシアヌレート基はほとんど確認されず、アロファネート基の存在が確認された。合成結果を表1に示す。
表1に示す原料を、合成例1と同様な手順で反応させ、アロファネート変性ポリイソシアネートイソシアネートALP−2〜6を得た。合成結果を表1に示す。
合成例1と同様な反応器に、HDIを850g、PTMG−650を100g、PES−2を50g、Oc−Zrを0.4g仕込み、90℃で3時間反応を行った。次いで、リン酸を0.1g仕込み50℃で1時間停止反応を行った。停止反応後の反応生成物のイソシアネート含量は39.0%であった。この反応生成物を130℃×0.04kPaにて薄膜蒸留を行った。薄膜蒸留後の収率は28.3%であった。その後、固形分=80%を目標にプロピレングリコールモノメチルエーテルアセテートで希釈してアロファネート変性ポリイソシアネートイソシアネートALP−7を得た。ALP−1のイソシアネート含量は10.7%、25℃の粘度は3,520mPa・s、遊離ジイソシアネート含有量は0.1%であった。また、ALP−7をFT−IR及び13C−NMRにて分析したところ、ウレタン基、イソシアヌレート基はほとんど確認されず、アロファネート基の存在が確認された。合成結果を表1に示す。

攪拌機、温度計、冷却器及び窒素ガス導入管のついた容量:3Lの反応器に、1,3−ブタンジオールを411g、トリメチロールプロパンを761g、無水フタル酸を401g、アジピン酸を632g仕込み、内温を180℃にてエステル化反応を行った。縮合水の留出速度が低下したところで、テトラブチルチタネートを0.04g仕込み、内温を200℃、内圧を0.5kPaまで漸次変化させて、主剤用ポリエステルポリオールPES−3を得た。PES−3の酸価は0.3mgKOH/g、水酸基価は290mgKOH/g、平均官能基数は3.8であった。また、これらの値から算出される数平均分子量は、730となった。
主剤用ポリエステルポリオール、硬化剤用ポリイソシアネート、希釈用溶剤を配合してクリヤー塗料を調製し、0.5mm厚の処理軟鋼板にウエット状態で100μmでアプリケーターを用いて塗布し、20℃×65%RH×7日間の条件で乾燥・硬化させた。その後、各塗膜評価試験を行った。結果を表2に示す。
