Abstract
【解決手段】この型駆動装置10は、油圧によってピストン部材46を駆動するシリンダ機構40と、油圧以外の駆動源によってピストン部材46を駆動する付属駆動機構41を備えている。ピストン部材46の一方側に第1油室81が形成されている。ピストン部材46の他方側に、第2油室82と第3油室83が形成されている。第1油室81と第2油室82は互いに油路95でつながれている。第1油室81のピストン受圧面積は、第2および第3油室82,83を合わせたピストン受圧面積と同等である。

Description
例えば図6に示すシリンダ機構のように、第1油室1と第2油室2とピストン3とを有し、油圧によりピストン3を第1の方向あるいは第2の方向に駆動するものにおいて、ピストン3を高速移動させたり、ピストン3を所望の正確な位置に停止できるようにするために、油圧以外の付属駆動源4によって、ピストン3を駆動するものも提案されている。
図1は成形機の一例として、型駆動装置10を備えた射出成形機11の一部を示している。この射出成形機11は、固定盤12と、可動部の一例である移動盤13と、移動盤13を駆動するための型駆動装置10などを含んでいる。
またこの油圧回路70は、第1油室81に接続された第1油路91と、第2油室82に接続された第2油路92と、第3油室83に接続された第3油路93と、ドレン配管94などを含んでいる。第1油路91と第2油路92は差動油路95によって互いに連通している。差動油路95の途中にロジック弁96が設けられている。
移動型16の型開放を行う際には、ロック部材27をアクチュエータ28によってタイバー25の係合部26から離脱させる。この状態で移動盤駆動モータ30を回転させることにより、移動盤13を図1の矢印A方向に移動させる。こうすることにより、移動型16が固定型15から離れる。

Claims (4)
- 成形機の移動型を駆動するためのシリンダ機構を有する型駆動装置であって、
前記シリンダ機構は、
シリンダ本体と、
前記シリンダ本体に収容され該シリンダ本体の軸線に沿って第1の方向とその反対の第2の方向に移動可能なピストン部材と、
前記ピストン部材の一方側の受圧面と前記シリンダ本体の内面とによって形成され該ピストン部材が前記第1の方向に移動する際に容積が増加する第1の圧力発生部と、
前記ピストン部材の他方側の受圧面と前記シリンダ本体の内面とによって形成され該ピストン部材が前記第1の方向に移動する際に容積が減少する第2の圧力発生部とを有し、
前記第1の圧力発生部が一つの油室からなり、
前記第2の圧力発生部が複数の油室からなることを特徴とする成形機の型駆動装置。 - 請求項1に記載の型駆動装置において、
前記第1の圧力発生部が第1油室を有し、
前記第2の圧力発生部が第2油室および第3油室を有し、
前記第1油室と第2油室が互いに油路でつながれて差動回路を構成していることを特徴とする型駆動装置。 - 請求項1または2に記載の型駆動装置において、さらに、
前記シリンダ機構は、油圧以外の駆動源によって前記ピストン部材を前記第1および第2の方向に駆動可能な付属駆動機構を備えていることを特徴とする型駆動装置。 - 請求項3に記載の型駆動装置において、
前記第1油室のピストン受圧面積が、前記第2油室と第3油室を合わせたピストン受圧面積と同等であることを特徴とする型駆動装置。
