Abstract
【解決手段】 ガス中の捕集対象成分をコロナ放電により帯電させて凝集する帯電凝集部10と、該凝集させた成分を捕集するフィルタ部20とを備えたガス処理装置1であって、前記帯電凝集部10を上流側に、前記フィルタ部20を下流側に配設して構成する。

Claims (8)
- ガス中の捕集対象成分をコロナ放電により帯電させて凝集する帯電凝集部と、該凝集させた成分を捕集するフィルタ部とを備えたガス処理装置であって、前記帯電凝集部を上流側に、前記フィルタ部を下流側に配設したことを特徴とするガス処理装置。
- 前記フィルタ部の下流側に酸化触媒を設けたことを特徴とする請求項1記載のガス処理装置。
- 前記フィルタ部を、金属製のフィルタで形成したことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のガス処理装置。
- 処理対象のガスが100℃以上650℃以下の温度である場合に、前記帯電凝集部でガスを冷却するように構成したことを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載のガス処理装置。
- 前記帯電凝集部の集塵電極を筒状体の低電圧電極で形成し、コロナ電極を前記筒状体の内部に配置した線状体の高電圧電極で形成すると共に、前記筒状体をガス通路の通路壁を兼ねる共にガスの冷却部として構成したことを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載のガス処理装置。
- 前記帯電凝集部の集塵電極を筒状体の低電圧電極で形成し、コロナ電極を前記筒状体の内部に配置した線状体の高電圧電極で形成すると共に、前記筒状体の内側表面近傍のガスの流れに対して乱流を促進する乱流促進手段を、前記筒状体の表面又は表面近傍に設けて構成したことを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載のガス処理装置。
- 前記帯電凝集部のガス通路壁を筒状体で形成し、低電圧電極となる集塵電極を前記ガス通路壁の表面近傍に配置された導電性の乱流促進手段を有する筒状体で形成すると共に、コロナ電極を前記筒状体の内部に配置した線状体の高電圧電極で形成して構成したことを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載のガス処理装置。
- 前記帯電凝集部を、前記コロナ電極と前記筒状体とを有して構成される帯電凝集ユニットを複数並列に配置して形成したことを特徴とする請求項5〜7のいずれか1項に記載のガス処理装置。
