Abstract
【解決手段】 コロナ電極10と該コロナ電極10に対向する集塵電極20を有し、前記コロナ電極10と前記集塵電極20との間に高電圧を印加して、前記コロナ電極10と前記集塵電極20との間を通過するガスG中にコロナ放電を形成し、ガスG中の成分の凝集又は集塵を行うガス処理装置1において、前記集塵電極20の前記コロナ電極10に対向する対向面20f近傍においてガスGの乱流を促進する乱流促進手段23を該対向面20f又は該対向面20f近傍に設けて構成する。

Claims (13)
- コロナ電極と該コロナ電極に対向する集塵電極を有し、前記コロナ電極と前記集塵電極との間に高電圧を印加して、前記コロナ電極と前記集塵電極との間を通過するガス中にコロナ放電を形成し、ガス中の成分の凝集又は集塵を行うガス処理装置において、
前記集塵電極の前記コロナ電極に対向する対向面近傍においてガスの乱流を促進する乱流促進手段を該対向面又は該対向面近傍に設けたことを特徴とするガス処理装置。 - 前記集塵電極を前記コロナ電極を囲む非通気性の筒状体で形成し、該筒状体の内部にガスを通過させることを特徴とする請求項1記載のガス処理装置。
- 前記集塵電極を前記コロナ電極に対向する面状体で形成すると共に、該面状体を前記コロナ電極と共に非通気性の筒状体で囲んで、該筒状体の内部にガスを通過させることを特徴とする請求項1記載のガス処理装置。
- 前記乱流促進手段を凹凸構造で構成し、前記集塵電極の代表長さをD、前記集塵電極の対向面の表面の最大表面粗さをεとした時の前記凹凸構造の相対粗さε/Dを0.01以上0.1以下として形成したことを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載のガス処理装置。
- 前記凹凸構造を、凸部の上流面を下流側に傾斜させて形成したことを特徴とする請求項4項に記載のガス処理装置。
- 前記乱流促進手段のガス接触部分を導電材料で形成することを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載のガス処理装置。
- 前記乱流促進手段のガス接触部分を絶縁材料で形成することを特徴とする1〜5のいずれか1項に記載のガス処理装置。
- 前記乱流促進手段又は前記集塵電極の少なくも一方のガス接触部分に、触媒を設けたことを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか1項にガス処理装置。
- 前記筒状体を自然空冷又は強制冷却することを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載のガス処理装置。
- 前記筒状体の内部に導入されるガスに対して、ガス中の成分を凝集又は肥大化する添加剤を供給する添加剤供給手段を備えたことを特徴とする請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載のガス処理装置。
- 前記コロナ電極と、該コロナ電極を囲む非通気性の筒状体で形成した前記集塵電極とからなるガス処理ユニットを複数個備えたことを特徴とする請求項2、4〜10のいずれか1項に記載のガス処理装置。
- 前記コロナ電極と、該コロナ電極に対向する面状体で形成した前記集塵電極との組み合わせとからなるガス処理ユニットを複数個、一つの筒状体内に備えたことを特徴とする請求項3〜10のいずれか1項に記載のガス処理装置。
- 前記コロナ電極と、前記コロナ電極に対向する面状体で形成した前記集塵電極と、前記コロナ電極と前記集塵電極を囲む前記筒状体の組み合わせとからなるガス処理ユニットを複数個備えたことを特徴とする請求項3〜10のいずれか1項に記載のガス処理装置。
