Abstract
【解決手段】打抜き加工及び/又は曲げ加工に用いる金属板に表面保護シートを貼付けた加工材において、前記表面保護シートは支持基材からなると共に、片面に粘着層を有し、該表面保護シートが以下の式により得られる係数(I)が21.0以下及び係数(II)が4.0以上であり、また係数(III)が1.5以下であることを特徴とする加工材。
(I)=支持基材の厚み(mm)×表面保護シートの破断伸び(%)
(II)=支持基材の厚み(mm)×表面保護シートの破断強度(N/20mm)

本発明において、表面保護シートの「破断伸び」「破断強度」は後述する方法により測定される値と定義される。
2エチルヘキシルアクリレート(2EHA)30wt%、エチルアクリレート(EA)60wt%メチルメタアクリレート(MMA)6wt%、2−ヒドロキシエチルアクリレート(HEA)4wt%の配合比からなるアクリル系粘着剤(ポリスチレン換算重量平均分子量:60万、酢酸エチル溶液)100重量部に対してイソシアネート系架橋剤(日本ポリウレタン社製、コロネートL)3重量部を添加し、アクリル系粘着剤溶液を作製した。次に厚み0.100mmの二軸延伸ポリエステルフィルム(東レ社製、ルミラーS−10)からなる支持基材上に乾燥後の粘着剤厚みが0.010mmになるように塗布乾燥し、表面保護シートを作製した。
実施例1の粘着剤を厚み0.038mmの二軸延伸ポリエステルフィルム(東レ社製、ルミラーS−10)からなる支持基材上に塗布乾燥した他は実施例1に準じて表面保護シートを作製した。
実施例1の粘着剤を厚み0.075mmの二軸延伸ポリエステルフィルム(三菱樹脂社製、エコロージュ)からなる支持基材上に塗布乾燥した他は実施例1に準じて表面保護シートを作製した。
スチレン・エチレンブチレン・スチレンブロック共重合体(旭化成社製、タフテックH1062)100重量部に対して水添石油樹脂(荒川化学社製、アルコンP−100)30重量部を添加したゴム系粘着剤(トルエン溶液)を作製した。次に厚み0.060mmの二軸延伸ポリプロピレンフィルムからなる支持基材上に乾燥後の粘着剤厚みが0.005mmになるように塗布乾燥し、表面保護シートを作製した。
実施例1の粘着剤を厚み0.050mmの二軸延伸ポリエステルフィルム(東レ社製、ルミラーS−10)からなる支持基材上に塗布乾燥した他は実施例1に準じて表面保護シートを作製した。
実施例1の粘着剤を厚み0.038mmの二軸延伸ポリエステルフィルム(東レ社製、ルミラーX−20)からなる支持基材上に塗布乾燥した他は実施例1に準じて表面保護シートを作製した。
低密度ポリエチレン(東ソー社製、ペトロセン180)をインフレーション法にてダイス温度160度にて成膜し、厚み0.110mmの支持基材を作製した。次に支持基材の粘着剤付設面側をコロナ放電処理し、その後、乾燥後の粘着剤厚み0.010mmにて実施例1の粘着剤を塗布した。
低密度ポリエチレン(東ソー社製、ペトロセン180)をインフレーション法にてダイス温度160度にて成膜し、厚み0.060mmの支持基材を作製した。次に支持基材の粘着剤付設面側をコロナ放電処理し、その後、乾燥後の粘着剤厚み0.010mmにて実施例1の粘着剤を塗布した。
ポリ塩化ビニル樹脂(平均重合度1100)100重量部、ジオクチルフタレート35重量部、Ba−Zn系複合安定剤2重量部よりなる配合物をカレンダー法にて圧延し、厚さ0.120mmの軟質塩化ビニル樹脂フィルムを得た。次に実施例1の粘着剤を乾燥後の厚み0.015mmにて粘着剤を塗布した。
ポリプロピレン(住友化学社製、ノーブレンPP AS171G)をTダイ法にてダイス温度250度で成膜し、厚さ0.040mmの支持基材を作製した。次に実施例4の粘着剤を乾燥後の厚みが0.010mmになるように塗布乾燥した以外は実施例4に準じて行った。
表面保護シートなしで行った。
引張試験はJIS K7127(1999)に準じて行う。測定試料はMD方向にてJIS K7127に記載の試験片タイプ2に準じて行い、チャック間隔50mm、試験片巾10mm、試験速度300mm/minにて行った。また、測定に使用した試験機はインストロン型引張試験機(島津製作所社製、オートグラフ)を使用した。破断強度、被断伸びは表面保護シートが被断したときの強度及び伸び率より算出することができる。
打抜き加工試験は、前述したごとき構成のパンチング金型を用いて加工材の打抜き加工を行った。なお、打抜き加工を行うに際しては、表面保護シート側にパンチを当接して打抜き加工を行った。この際、加工材の金属板板厚1.0mm、金属板材質SUS430−2B、AL5052及びSPCC、パンチ寸法5.0mm×5.0mm、ダイクリアランス0.2mmとし、加工方法は9.0mm×9.0mmの穴を4発で打抜くものとし、パンチのダイへの突っ込み量1.0mm、総パンチ数は10000発とし、前記実施例1〜6、比較例1〜5それぞれのカス上りの数をカウントするものとする。カス上りの数のカウント方法としては実際のカス上りしたカスそのものの数をカウントするのは困難なため、カス上りを起こしたために加工材の表面に付いたキズの数を数える方法を採用した。
(実施例2)支持基材:二軸延伸ポリエステルフィルム:厚さ0.038mm、伸び180%、破断強度150N/20mm
(実施例3)支持基材:二軸延伸ポリエステルフィルム:厚さ0.075mm、伸び203%、破断強度272N/20mm
(実施例4)支持基材:二軸延伸ポリプロピレンフィルム:厚さ0.060mm、伸び215%、被断強度370N/20mm
(実施例5)支持基材:二軸延伸ポリエステルフィルム:厚さ0.050mm、伸び232%、破断強度217N/20mm
(実施例6)支持基材:二軸延伸ポリエステルフィルム:厚さ0.038mm、伸び140%、破断強度136N/20mm
(比較例1)支持基材:低密度ポリエチレンフィルム:厚さ0.110mm、伸び310%、破断強度45N/20mm
(比較例2)支持基材:低密度ポリエチレンフィルム:厚さ0.060mm、伸び302%、破断強度28N/20mm
(比較例3)支持基材:軟質ポリ塩化ビニルフィルム:−厚さ0.120mm、伸び280%、破断強度75N/20mm
(比較例4)支持基材:ポリプロピレンフィルム:厚さ0.040mm、伸び680%、破断強度45N/20mm
(比較例5)表面保護シートなし
[プレスブレーキにおける曲げ加工試験]
曲げ加工試験は、前述したごとき曲げ金型を用いて行った。曲げ加工に際しては、表面保護シート側をダイに当接した。この際、加工材の金属板材質SUS430−2B、AL5052及びSPCC、金属板板厚1.0mmおよび1.5mmを使用し、それぞれのテスト材に対して90度曲げを2箇所それぞれ5枚の曲げを行い、それぞれ曲げ加工条件を変化させ曲げキズ、フィルムの破れおよびフィルムの剥がれについて確認を行った。各曲げ加工条件は次の通り。
(2)「曲げ角度:90°」パンチ角度:88°、パンチ刃先R:0.2mm、ダイV幅:8mm、ダイ角度:88°、ダイ肩R:0.5mm、金属板厚1.0mm、金属板材質SUS430
(3)「曲げ角度:90°」パンチ角度:88°、パンチ刃先R:0.2mm、ダイV幅:12mm、ダイ角度:88°、ダイ肩R:0.8mm、金属板厚1.5mm、金属板材質SUS430
(4)「曲げ角度:90°」パンチ角度:88°、パンチ刃先R:0.2mm、ダイV幅:12mm、ダイ角度:88°、ダイ肩R:0.8mm、金属板厚2.0mm、金属板材質AL5052
(5)「曲げ角度:90°」パンチ角度:88°、パンチ刃先R:0.2mm、ダイV幅:16mm、ダイ角度:88°、ダイ肩R:0.8mm、金属板厚2.5mm、金属板材質AL5052
(6)「曲げ角度:90°」パンチ角度:88°、パンチ刃先R:0.2mm、ダイV幅:18mm、ダイ角度:88°、ダイ肩R:0.8mm、金属板厚3.0mm、金属板材質AL5052
(7)「曲げ角度:90°」パンチ角度:88°、パンチ刃先R:0.2mm、ダイV幅:6mm、ダイ角度:88°、ダイ肩R:0.5mm、金属板厚1.0mm、金属板材質SPCC

表1に記載している通り、本件実例1〜6は打抜き及び曲げ加工において効果が十分確認された。

Claims (6)
- 打抜き加工及び/又は曲げ加工に用いる金属板に表面保護シートを貼付けた加工材において、前記表面保護シートは支持基材からなると共に、片面に粘着層を有し、該表面保護シートが以下の式により得られる係数(I)が21.0以下及び係数(II)が4.0以上であることを特徴とする加工材。
(I)=支持基材の厚み(mm)×表面保護シートの破断伸び(%)
(II)=支持基材の厚み(mm)×表面保護シートの破断強度(N/20mm) - 金属板に表面保護シートを貼付けた加工材に打抜き及び曲げを行う加工方法において、前記表面保護シートは支持基材からなると共に、片面に粘着層を有し、該表面保護シートが以下の式により得られる係数(I)が21.0以下及び係数(II)が4.0以上であり、打抜き加工時には前記表面保護シート側に雄型を当接し、曲げ加工時には前記表面保護シート側に雄型を当接することを特徴とする打抜き及び曲げ加工方法。
(I)=支持基材の厚み(mm)×表面保護シートの破断伸び(%)
(II)=支持基材の厚み(mm)×表面保護シートの破断強度(N/20mm) - 金属表面保護用に使用する表面保護シートであって、表面保護シートは支持基材からなると共に、片面に粘着層を有し、該表面保護シートが以下の式により得られる係数(I)が21.0以下及び係数(II)が4.0以上であることを特徴とする表面保護シート。
(I)=支持基材の厚み(mm)×表面保護シートの破断伸び(%)
(II)=支持基材の厚み(mm)×表面保護シートの破断強度(N/20mm) - 前記表面保護シートが以下の式により得られる係数(III)が1.5以下であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の加工材。
(III)=係数(I)/係数(II) - 上記表面保護シートの支持基材はポリエステル系フィルムからなることを特徴とする請求項3記載の表面保護シート。
- 上記打抜き加工方法において、カス上がり防止機能を有するパンチング金型を用いることを特徴とする請求項2記載の打抜き及び曲げ加工方法。
