Claims (10)
- チューブ内にシート状の炭素フィラメントが備わり、
前記炭素フィラメントは、前記チューブ内にツイスト構造で配置されることを特徴とする炭素ヒータ。 - 前記炭素フィラメントに一体に形成された支持部は、前記炭素フィラメントの長さ方向と直交する方向に突出されて前記チューブ内に支持されることを特徴とする請求項1記載の炭素ヒータ。
- 前記炭素フィラメントの支持部は、前記炭素フィラメントの長さ方向に所定間隔ごとに突出形成されたことを特徴とする請求項2記載の炭素ヒータ。
- 前記炭素フィラメントの支持部は、前記炭素フィラメントの中心線に対して両側に対称となるように長さ方向に形成されたことを特徴とする請求項2記載の炭素ヒータ。
- 前記炭素フィラメントは、その長さ方向と交差する方向にて前記炭素フィラメントに結合された支持ワイヤーにより前記チューブ内に支持されたことを特徴とする請求項1記載の炭素ヒータ。
- 前記支持ワイヤーは、前記炭素フィラメントを構成する多重の炭素シートの間に挿入固定されることを特徴とする請求項5記載の炭素ヒータ。
- 前記炭素フィラメントの少なくとも一端部を連結する連結伝導体は、前記炭素フィラメントの少なくとも一端部に挿入固定されることを特徴とする請求項1記載の炭素ヒータ。
- 前記連結伝導体は、メッシュ構造からなることを特徴とする請求項7記載の炭素ヒータ。
- 前記連結伝導体は、前記炭素フィラメントが多重の炭素シートを圧着する方式で成形されるとき、それら多重の炭素シートの間に挿入固定されることを特徴とする請求項7記載の炭素ヒータ。
- チューブと、
ツイスト構造で前記チューブ内に配置された発熱体としてのシート状の炭素フィラメントと、
少なくとも一端部が前記炭素フィラメントに挿入され、少なくとも一端部が外部電極と電気的に連結された金属ワイヤーと連結される連結伝導体と、を含むことを特徴とする炭素ヒータ。
