Claims (6)
- チューブ内に発熱体としての炭素フィラメントを備え、
前記炭素フィラメントに一体に形成された支持部は、前記炭素フィラメントの長さ方向と直交する方向に突出して前記チューブ内に支持される炭素ヒータにおいて、
前記炭素フィラメントの少なくとも一端部を連結する連結伝導体は、前記炭素フィラメントの少なくとも一端部に挿入された状態で固定連結され、メッシュ構造のシート形状に形成され、前記炭素フィラメントが多重の炭素シートを圧着する方式で成形されるとき、それら多重の炭素シートの間に挿入固定されることを特徴とする炭素ヒータ。 - 前記炭素フィラメントは、シート状に形成されたことを特徴とする請求項1記載の炭素ヒータ。
- 前記炭素フィラメントの支持部は、前記炭素フィラメントの長さ方向に所定間隔ごとに突出形成されたことを特徴とする請求項1記載の炭素ヒータ。
- 前記炭素フィラメントの支持部は、前記炭素フィラメントの中心線に対して両側に対称となるように長さ方向に形成されたことを特徴とする請求項1記載の炭素ヒータ。
- 前記支持部は、多角形状に突出形成されたことを特徴とする請求項1記載の炭素ヒータ。
- 金属ワイヤーの一端部が前記炭素フィラメントに固定された前記連結伝導体に連結され、その他端部は、外部電極と電気的に連結されることを特徴とする請求項1記載の炭素ヒータ。
