Claims (6)
- 튜브 내에 선형 구조로 연결된 탄소 필라멘트가 구비되고,상기 탄소 필라멘트는 적어도 한 부분 이상이 상기 튜브의 내면에 접촉되도록 형성되며, 상기 탄소 필라멘트의 튜브 내면에 접촉되는 부분은 상기 튜브에 접촉되지 않은 부분보다 표면적이 커지도록 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 탄소 히터의 탄소 필라멘트 구조.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 탄소 필라멘트는 나선 구조로 형성되고, 일부분이 상대적으로 더 큰 반경의 나선으로 형성되어 상기 튜브 내면에 접촉되는 것을 특징으로 하는 탄소 히터의 탄소 필라멘트 구조.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 탄소 필라멘트는 상기 튜브의 내면에 접촉되는 부분을 제외한 나머지 부분은 선형 구조로 연결된 것을 특징으로 하는 탄소 히터의 탄소 필라멘트 구조.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 탄소 필라멘트는 상기 튜브의 내면에 접촉되는 부분이 일정 간격마다 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 탄소 히터의 탄소 필라멘트 구조.

- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 탄소 필라멘트는 꼰 모양의 로프(rope) 구조로 이루어지되, 상기 튜브의 내면에 접촉되는 부분은 꼰 모양이 펴진 구조로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 탄소 히터의 탄소 필라멘트 구조.
