Claims (7)
- 色素を担持した半導体層を有する第1の電極を備えた第1の基板と、前記第1の電極の半導体層と対峙する第2の電極を備えた第2の基板と、前記第1の電極の半導体層と前記第2の電極との間に配置された電解質とを備えた光電変換素子を複数含む光電変換素子モジュールであって、
前記第1の基板及び前記第2の基板から選ばれるいずれか一方の基板が単一の基板からなり、他の一方の基板が複数の基板からなることを特徴とする光電変換素子モジュール。 - 前記単一の基板は、可撓性を有する請求項1に記載の光電変換モジュール。
- 前記複数の基板は、融点が400℃以上の前記第1の基板からなる請求項1又は請求項2に記載の光電変換素子モジュール。
- 隣接する前記光電変換素子は、導電性材料によりそれぞれ電気的に直列に接続されている請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の光電変換素子モジュール。
- 前記導電性材料は、隣接する前記光電変換素子のそれぞれの前記電解質の間に配置されている請求項4に記載の光電変換素子モジュール。
- 前記導電性材料は、絶縁性材料の中に導電剤を含んでいる請求項4又は5に記載の光電変換素子モジュール。
- ロール状に巻き上げられた前記単一の基板を連続的に供給するとともに、前記単一の基板に前記複数の基板を逐次貼り合わせて形成されている請求項2〜6に記載の光電変換素子モジュール。
