Abstract

単一の透明導電基板上に複数の太陽電池ユニットが直列接続された構造を有する色素増感太陽電池の集積モジュール及びその製造方法の提供。単一の透明導電基板上に互いに絶縁された複数の透明導電基板ユニットが形成・配置され、各透明導電基板ユニット上にそれぞれ色素増感太陽電池ユニットが形成・配置されている色素増感太陽電池の集積モジュールであって、各透明導電基板ユニットの透明導電膜あるいは各対極のいずれかに切り欠き部を形成・配置し、該切り欠き部内に直列接続すべき隣接する他の太陽電池ユニットの光電極あるいは対極の端子部分を配置することで、接続すべき端子同士が上下に向かい合った状態で簡便に直列接続することができるように形成配置する。
