Abstract
【解決手段】 ダイオキシン類分析用試料の調製方法は、シリカゲル系充填材22aを充填した後段カラム22へダイオキシン類の疎水性溶媒溶液を供給する工程と、当該疎水性溶媒溶液が供給された後段カラム22に対して第一溶媒供給部60から疎水性溶媒を供給して通過させる工程と、アルミナ系充填材30aを充填した溶媒置換用カラム30へ後段カラム22を通過後の疎水性溶媒を供給して通過させる工程と、疎水性溶媒が通過後の溶媒置換用カラム30に対し、疎水性溶媒の通過方向とは逆方向にダイオキシン類を溶解可能な親水性溶媒を第二溶媒供給部70から供給して通過させる工程と、溶媒置換用カラム30を通過した親水性溶媒を確保する工程とを含んでいる。

Claims (8)
- ダイオキシン類の疎水性溶媒溶液から親水性のダイオキシン類分析用試料を調製するための方法であって、
シリカゲル系充填材を充填した第一カラムへ前記疎水性溶媒溶液を供給する工程と、
前記疎水性溶媒溶液が供給された前記第一カラムに対して疎水性溶媒を供給して通過させる工程と、
アルミナ系充填材を充填した第二カラムへ前記第一カラムを通過後の前記疎水性溶媒を供給して通過させる工程と、
前記疎水性溶媒が通過後の前記第二カラムに対し、前記疎水性溶媒の通過方向とは逆方向に前記ダイオキシン類を溶解可能な親水性溶媒を供給して通過させる工程と、
前記第二カラムを通過した前記親水性溶媒を確保する工程と、
を含むダイオキシン類分析用試料の調製方法。 - 前記第二カラムへ前記親水性溶媒を供給する前に、前記第二カラムに対して不活性ガスを供給する工程をさらに含む、請求項1に記載のダイオキシン類分析用試料の調製方法。
- 前記第一カラムを加熱しながら前記第一カラムに対して前記疎水性溶媒を供給する、請求項1または2に記載のダイオキシン類分析用試料の調製方法。
- 前記第二カラムを加熱しながら前記第二カラムに対して前記親水性溶媒を供給する、請求項1から3のいずれかに記載のダイオキシン類分析用試料の調製方法。
- ダイオキシン類の疎水性溶媒溶液から、親水性のダイオキシン類分析用試料を調製するための装置であって、
シリカゲル系充填材を充填した第一カラムと、
アルミナ系充填材を充填した第二カラムと、
前記第一カラムへ前記疎水性溶媒溶液を供給するための供給路と、
前記第一カラムへ疎水性溶媒を供給するための第一溶媒供給部と、
前記第一カラムからの前記疎水性溶媒を前記第二カラムに対して供給するためのカラム連絡路と、
前記第二カラムに対し、前記ダイオキシン類を溶解可能な親水性溶媒を供給するための第二溶媒供給部と、
前記第二カラムを通過した前記親水性溶媒を排出するための排出路とを備え、
前記第二溶媒供給部は、前記カラム連絡路から前記第二カラムに対する前記疎水性溶媒の供給方向とは逆方向に、前記第二カラムに対して前記親水性溶媒を供給可能に設定されている、
ダイオキシン類分析用試料の調製装置。 - 前記第二カラムに対して不活性ガスを供給するためのガス供給部をさらに備えている、請求項5に記載のダイオキシン類分析用試料の調製装置。
- 前記第一カラムの加熱手段をさらに備えている、請求項5または6に記載のダイオキシン類分析用試料の調製装置。
- 前記第二カラムの加熱手段をさらに備えている、請求項5から7のいずれかに記載のダイオキシン類分析用試料の調製装置。
