Claims (13)
- 物体が複合窓ガラスに衝突したとき、窓ガラスはそこで破壊するが、車両の開口部は少なくもと複合窓ガラスの変形した中間層によって依然として塞がれたままとなるように、窓ガラスが1つまたは複数の弱い場所を備えていることを特徴とする、少なくとも1枚の窓ガラスおよび少なくとも1枚のさらなる窓ガラス、および個々の窓ガラスを互いに結合する中間層を含む、車両の開口部を塞ぐための少なくとも1つの弱い場所を有する複合窓ガラス。
- 弱い場所が、窓ガラス中に導入された、局部的に限定された不均一応力状態であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の複合窓ガラス。
- 不均一応力状態が、焼付けエナメルを印刷し、次いで焼き付けることにより達成されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の複合窓ガラス。
- 不均一応力状態が、局部の熱的プレストレシングにより達成されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の複合窓ガラス。
- 熱的プレストレシングが、ガス炎による局部加熱とそれに続く急冷によって生じることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の複合窓ガラス。
- 熱的プレストレシングが、レーザによる局部加熱とそれに続く急冷によって生じることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の複合窓ガラス。
- 弱い場所が、格子のように互いにずれて配置していることを特徴とする請求項1から6の一項に記載の複合窓ガラス。
- 弱い場所が、複合窓ガラスのエッジ領域内に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1から7の一項に記載の複合窓ガラス。
- さらなる窓ガラスが、同様にガラスから構成されることを特徴とする請求項1から8の一項に記載の複合窓ガラス。
- 弱い場所が、少なくとも1枚のさらなる窓ガラス中に同様に導入されることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の複合窓ガラス。
- 個々の窓ガラスを互いに結合する中間層が、熱可塑性接着シートであることを特徴とする請求項1から10の一項に記載の複合窓ガラス。
- 弱い場所が、窓ガラスの物体が衝突する側とは反対側に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1から11の一項に記載の複合窓ガラス。
- 車両におけるフロントガラスまたはルーフガラスとしての請求項1から12の一項に記載の複合窓ガラスの使用。
