Abstract
Description
好ましくは、両面をつるつるにプレスされたレンズは、湾曲表面、平表面、及びレンズ縁上にモールド成型された保持縁であってその上に支持縁が平表面側に突き出てモールド成型されている保持縁、とからなり、車輌の前照灯に用いられる。

Claims (7)
- 湾曲表面(2)、平表面(3)、及び端縁にモールド成型された保持縁(4)であって、平表面(3)側へ突出している支持縁(5)がモールド成型されている保持縁(4)を備えるレンズ(1)において、
両面がつるつるにプレス成型されていることを特徴とするレンズ。 - 支持縁(5)はレンズ(1)の外周にモールド成型されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載のレンズ。
- 支持縁(5)の高さは少なくとも0.2mmあることを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載のレンズ。
- 支持縁(5)の幅B1は、保持縁(4)の幅B2以下であることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載のレンズ。
- 湾曲表面(2)、平表面(3)、及び端縁にモールド成型された保持縁であって、平表面側へ突出している支持縁(5)がモールド成型された保持縁(4)を備え、両面がつるつるにプレス成型されている車輌の前照灯用レンズ。
- 湾曲表面と平表面を有するレンズの製作方法であって、レンズ端縁に保持縁がモールド成型され、この保持縁上に、平表面側に突入する支持縁がモールド成型され、及び両面がつるつるにプレス成型をされる、湾曲表面と平表面を備えるレンズの製作方法。
- 支持縁が冷却プロセス中に形成されることを特徴とする請求項6記載の方法。
