Claims (13)
- 適用機械(10)を備える、支持手段(81、82、83、84)に位置決めされたユニットロード(30)上に載荷レッジ(20)を適用するためのシステム(10、100、110)において、
ユニットロード(30)を支持手段(81、82、83、84)から垂直方向に分離するための手段と、
前記支持手段から分離されるときに少なくとも1つの載荷レッジ(20)をユニットロード(30)の反対側の少なくとも2つの下縁に適用するための手段(50、51、52、130、140)と、
を特徴とするシステム。 - 適用機械(10)が積載コンベヤ(100)と送りコンベヤ(110)との間に配置される、請求項1に記載のシステム(10、100、110)。
- 適用機械(10)に少なくとも1対のレッジフィーダ(50)が設けられる、請求項1に記載のシステム(10、100、110)。
- ユニットロード(30)を支持手段(81、82、83、84)から分離するための手段が、垂直移動可能な分離フレーム(60)である、請求項3に記載のシステム(10、100、110)。
- 各レッジフィーダ(50)が、垂直フレーム部分(51’)と水平フレーム部分(51”)とを有する本質的にL字形のフレーム(51)と、前記2つのフレーム部分の下に配置された支持フレーム(52)とを備える、請求項3に記載のシステム(10、100、110)。
- 各レッジフィーダ(50)が、最下方の載荷レッジ(20)をその上方の載荷レッジから自動的に取り外すための引き離し装置(140)をさらに備える、請求項5に記載のシステム(10、100、110)。
- 引き離し装置(140)が空圧、油圧、または電気駆動の機構である、請求項6に記載のシステム(10、100、110)。
- 支持手段(81、82、83、84)が固定支持体である、請求項1に記載のシステム(10、100、110)。
- 支持手段(81、82、83、84)がコンベヤである、請求項1に記載のシステム(10、100、110)。
- 垂直移動可能な分離フレーム(60)が、縁に沿って配置された平坦なバーから形成される、請求項4に記載のシステム(10、100、110)。
- 垂直移動可能な分離フレーム(60)が、上から見た場合にH字形に本質的に対応する形状を有する少なくとも1つの部分(61、62)を備える、請求項10に記載のシステム(10、100、110)。
- 請求項1に記載のシステム(10、100、110)で使用される方法において、
ユニットロード(30)を適用機械(10)の第1の適用位置に配置するステップと、
前記ユニットロードが第2の適用位置に位置決めされるように、ユニットロード(30)を支持手段(81、82、83、84)から垂直方向に分離するステップと、
少なくとも1つの載荷レッジ(20)をユニットロード(30)の少なくとも2つの反対側の下縁に適用するステップと、
ユニットロードを垂直方向に移動して、少なくとも2つの載荷レッジ(20)と接触させるステップと、
最後に、ユニットロード(30)を前記載荷レッジと共に適用機械(10)から取り外すステップと、
を特徴とする方法。 - 積載コンベヤ(100)によって各ユニットロード(30)を適用機械(10)内に運搬する先行するステップと、
送りコンベヤ(110)によって各ユニットロード(30)を載荷レッジ(20)と共に前記適用機械から運搬する引き続くステップと、
を特徴とする、請求項12に記載の方法。
