Claims (18)
- 主としてボイラ又は焼却炉2、7に接続された密封された金属容器1を備える、ボイラ及び種々の工業プロセスにより発生する固体の熱い脆性材料3の搬送/冷却装置であって、金属コンベヤベルト4が配置され、その上で熱い脆性材料3が収集され、それが重力効果により燃焼室を出て材料の移動連続層を形成し、その冷却が霧状の水ジェット及び空気流の共同供給を通じて行われることを特徴とする搬送/冷却装置。
- 前記コンベヤベルト4が、排出領域9に向って前進走行中に前記材料3から熱を吸収し、戻り走行においてそれを空気に放出する再生熱交換器から成ることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の搬送/冷却装置。
- 前記装置がボイラ又は焼却炉の下に設置でき、外部雰囲気に対して真空又は圧力の下に燃焼が生じることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の搬送/冷却装置。
- 装置が真空下で動作するときに前記熱い材料3から取られた熱エネルギーの回収を可能にし、前記材料3により放出された熱を用いて加熱された空気を前記ボイラ2の前記燃焼室に導入し、そうしてそれを主燃焼空気と混合することにより前記回収が行われることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の搬送/冷却装置。
- 空気吸入口11、12から前記金属容器1への吸入空気量を、冷却を最適化するために調整できることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の搬送/冷却装置。
- 前記容器に付着し、排出領域に向って搬送される材料の粉末を前記容器1の底から削ぎ落とすために、チェーン又は金属ネットの付いた削ぎ落としコンベヤ10が設けられることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の搬送/冷却装置。
- 前記燃焼室2、7から生じる熱い脆性材料3の冷却を増すために、所定数のノズル5により構成される霧状の水を散布するシステムが用いられることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の搬送/冷却装置。
- 中にあるノズルの数5、前記金属容器1の内部のそれらの平面−立体配置及び各単一ノズル5のタイプが、搬送される材料3の化学的・物理的特性、その材料の量及び所望の冷却度により予め設定されることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の搬送/冷却装置。
- 前記ノズル5の容量、介在シーケンス及び作動の持続時間が前記材料3の温度とその材料の量のレベルによって定められることを特徴とする請求項7又は8に記載の搬送/冷却装置。
- 前記金属容器1の内部にいくつかの温度センサ14が設置され、その信号が霧状の水を散布するシステムの動作を調整するために用いられることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の搬送/冷却装置。
- 前記ノズル5のスプレー角度が前記熱い材料3により形成される移動層の表面全体を覆うことを特徴とする請求項8に記載の搬送/冷却装置。
- 水と空気の量を適切に測定し分けることにより冷却を最適化する必要性に対して前記二つの成分を共に霧状にするために前記霧状の水を散布するシステムのノズルが圧縮空気プラントに接続されることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の搬送/冷却装置。
- 前記装置が、前記冷却手段(空気と水)の強度を調整するのに適した基準値の決定を可能にする前記金属ベルト4により搬送される前記熱い脆性材料3の量制御システムを備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の搬送/冷却装置。
- 搬送される前記熱い脆性材料3の前記量制御が前記コンベヤベルト4に直接接続される重量計測システム8を用いることにより行われることを特徴とする請求項13に記載の搬送/冷却装置。
- 搬送される前記熱い脆性材料3の前記量制御が前記金属容器1の蓋にヒンジされた鉄製ストラップ15を用いることにより行われることを特徴とする請求項13に記載の搬送/冷却装置。
- 前記金属ベルト4の上を移動する前記熱い脆性材料3により形成される連続層の層全体を通る冷却空気流の通過を可能にするために、前記金属コンベヤベルト4の板が適当なスロット6を備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の搬送/冷却装置。
- 前記金属コンベヤベルト4の板に作られた前記スロット6の寸法、数及び配置が、搬送される前記材料3が漏れて前記金属容器1の底に落下するのを防止するように搬送される前記材料3のタイプと量の関数として、また主として粒子サイズに対して定められることを特徴とする請求項16に記載の搬送/冷却装置。
- 個々の冷却の必要性、あり得る未燃焼物の存在に対して前記金属ベルト4の前記板に作られた前記スロット6を通り抜ける冷却空気流の割合を調整できることを特徴とする請求項16に記載の搬送/冷却装置。
