Claims (5)
- 炉内で化石燃料から発生する重い灰をホッパー(1)に貯留する際に冷却する装置において、炉の底部のホッパー(1)の側壁に空気取入口(2)を設け、燃焼室の負圧を利用して、制御した量の空気を、抽出装置(6)が収容された金属製の容器の蓋(7)に接続されたシュート(3)を介して、空気取入口(2)から炉内に吸い込むようにしたことを
特徴とする冷却装置。 - 貯留された灰が湿気を帯びない程度の量の水をホッパー(1)内に供給することによって、貯留された灰をさらに効率的に冷却することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の冷却装置。
- ホッパー(1)の側壁または空気取入口(2)に設けたノズル(14)から、冷却水をホッパー内に供給することを特徴とする請求項2に記載の冷却装置。
- 前記空気取入口(2)が、冷却空気を均等に供給するための連続したパイプ(2) であり、さらにブロックバルブ(8)を設け、ボトムバルブ(5)を閉じた後で手動または自動でこのブロックバルブを開くことにより、前記パイプ(2)を抽出装置(6)に接続して、冷却空気をホッパー(1)に供給するようにした請求項1に記載の冷却装置。
- ノズル(14)から供給される水の量を、ホッパー(1)の内部に設けたセンサーで測定される、貯留した灰の流量及び温度に基づいて、細かく調節すること、および冷却工程中に発生した蒸気を燃焼で発生する煙と共に除去することを特徴とする請求項3に記載の冷却装置。
