Abstract
Настоящее изобретение относится к транспортеру/охладителю для твердых горячих сыпучих материалов, образуемых в котлах и различных промышленных технологических процессах, содержащему главным образом герметичный металлический контейнер (1), соединенный с котлом (2) или с мусоросжигателем, из которого благодаря эффекту гравитации материал (3) покидает топочную камеру. Внутри указанного контейнера (1) размещена металлическая лента (4) транспортера, на которой улавливается горячий сыпучий материал (3), подлежащий охлаждению. Охлаждение материала (3) осуществляется посредством подачи воздушного потока из внешней окружающей среды вместе с распыленным водяным орошением на горячий материал (3) через систему сопел (5), установленных внутри металлического контейнера (1).Международная заявка была опубликована вместе с отчетом о международном поиске.
