Claims (13)
- 20μm未満の平均有効径と1.5:1〜20:1の横のアスペクト比と0.05μm 2 〜3.0μm 2 の横断面積を有する脂肪族ポリエステル微細繊維。
- 単位ミクロフィブリルの束を含む請求項1に記載の微細繊維。
- 前記脂肪族ポリエステルがポリ(ヒドロキシアルカン酸)のホモ−およびコポリマーを含む請求項1に記載の微細繊維。
- 前記脂肪族ポリエステルが1種以上のアルカンジールと1種以上のアルカンジカルボン酸との反応生成物から誘導される請求項1に記載の微細繊維。
- 前記ポリ(ヒドロキシアルカン酸)が、ポリラクチド、ポリジオキサノン、ポリカプロラクトン、ポリ(3−ヒドロキシ酪酸塩)、ポリ(3−ヒドロキシ吉草酸)、ポリグリコリドおよびポリ(オキシエチレングリコラート)からなる群から選択される請求項3に記載の微細繊維。
- 前記微細繊維が生体吸収性および/または生分解性である、請求項1に記載の微細繊維。
- ミクロフィブリル化物品を調製する方法であって、
(a)脂肪族ポリエステルフィルムを提供する工程と、
(b)前記フィルムを延伸してそれにミクロボイド化およびミクロフィブリルのモルフォロジを与える工程と、
(c)それに十分な流体エネルギーを与えることによって前記フィルムをミクロフィブリル化する工程と
を含む方法。 - ミクロフィブリル化の前記工程が1つ以上の高圧流体ジェットに前記フィルムを接触させることを含む請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記脂肪族ポリエステルフィルムが、少なくとも1種の脂肪族ポリエステルと少なくとも1種の他の半結晶質ポリマーとの共連続ブレンドを含む請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記フィルムが、前記脂肪族ポリエステルおよび前記他の半結晶質ポリマーの微細繊維を含む複合ミクロフィブリル化物品を作り出す請求項9に記載の方法。
- 前記ミクロフィブリル化物品が、少なくとも1つのミクロフィブリル化表面を有するフィルムを含む、請求項1に記載の微細繊維を含むミクロフィブリル化物品。
- 前記ミクロフィブリル化物品が、フィルムの厚さのすみずみまでミクロフィブリル化モルフォロジを有するフィルムを含む、請求項11に記載のミクロフィブリル化物品。
- 10μm以上のミクロフィブリル化の深さを有する請求項11に記載のミクロフィブリル化物品。
