Claims (10)
- ばら積材料が貯蔵容器から前容器に供給され、この前容器において重量測定用電子装置に伝送するための重量測定信号を決定しつつ重量測定され、そして前容器から重量配分装置に排出される、ばら積材料を重量で配分するための方法において、ばら積材料が前容器(1)内での重量測定の前に中間容器(6)内に一時収容され、調整圧力に達したときに初めて移送されることを特徴とする方法。
- 中間容器(6)と前容器(1)内の圧力が連続的に測定されることを特徴とする、請求項1記載の方法。
- 所定の圧力上昇速度の際に、中間容器(6)および/または前容器(1)がエア抜きされることを特徴とする、請求項1または2記載の方法。
- ばら積材料が負圧または正圧で空気圧供給/排出される場合に、搬送管(11)内の圧力が付加的に測定され、調整圧力値を定めるために中間容器(6)内の圧力と比較されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか一つに記載の方法。
- 調整圧力値がほぼ零の圧力差に定められることを特徴とする、請求項4記載の方法。
- 中間容器(6)および/または前容器(1)内で測定された圧力、特にその差圧の値が、配分装置(20)を制御するために配分制御装置または重量測定用電子装置(3)に案内されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか一つに記載の方法。
- 中間容器(6)および/または前容器(1)に、ポンプ(16)によって圧力を供給可能であることを特徴とする、請求項6記載の方法。
- 前容器が重量測定用電子装置に接続された少なくとも1個の重量測定用ロードセルに支持され、可撓性の接続部材を介してばら積材料供給装置と重量配分装置に接続されている、ばら積材料を重量配分するための装置において、前容器(1)の手前に、中間容器(6)を備えた蝶形弁ゲート(4,5)が配置されていることを特徴とする装置。
- 中間容器(6)に、少なくとも1個の充填レベルセンサ(8)が設けられていることを特徴とする、請求項8記載の装置。
- 中間容器(6)と前容器(1)内の圧力を検出するためにそれぞれ1個の圧力センサ(9,29)が設けられていることを特徴とする、請求項8または9記載の装置。
