Description
Claims (10)
- 보관용기로부터 저류기로 공급되고, 전자식 중량측정 시스템으로 보낼 측정신호를 결정함으로써 중량이 측정되고, 상기 저류기로부터 중량측정식 적정량 분배장치로 배출되는 벌크재료의 중량측정식 적정량 분배방법에 있어서,상기 벌크재료는 저류기(1)내에서 중량이 측정되기 전에 중간용기(6)내에서 중간에 임시로 저장되며 보상압력치에 도달할 때에만 배출되고,중간용기(6)는 해제밸브(12)로부터, 그리고 저류기(1)는 압력해제 장치(17)로부터 배기되는 것을 특징으로 하는 벌크재료의 중량측정식 적정량 분배방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 중간용기(6) 및 저류기(1)내의 압력이 연속적으로 측정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 분배방법.
- 삭제
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 벌크재료를 부압 또는 과압으로 유압식 충만/배출하는 경우에, 콘베이어 도관(11)내의 압력이 부가적으로 측정되고, 보상압력치를 결정하기 위하여 중간용기(6)내의 압력과 비교되는 것을 특징으로 하는 분배방법.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 보상압력치는 0의 압력차로 고정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 분배방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 중간용기(6) 및 저류기 (1)내에서 측정된 압력, 및 그들의 차압치가, 적정량 분배장치(20)를 제어할 목적으로 분배제어유니트 또는 전자식 중량측정 시스템(3)으로 도입되는 것을 특징으로 하는 분배방법.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 중간용기(6) 및 저류기(1) 중 하나 또는 양쪽이 펌프(16)에 의하여 가압될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 분배방법.
- 벌크재료 공급라인에 접속되며, 전자식 중량측정 시스템에 접속된 적어도 한개의 중량측정 셀상에 위치하는 저류기를 가지는 벌크재료의 중량측정식 적정량 분배장치에 있어서,중간용기(6)가 마련된 플랩(4,5)이 저류기(1)의 상부에 배치되고,적어도 한개의 충만레벨 프로우브(8)가 중간용기(6)내에 마련되는 것을 특징으로 하는 중량측정식 적정량 분배장치.
- 삭제
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 압력을 측정하기 위하여 중간용기(6) 및 저류기(1)내에 각각 압력센서(9, 29)가 마련되는 것을 특징으로 하는 분배장치.
