Abstract
【解決手段】 切換クラッチC0および切換ブレーキB0を備えることで無段変速部11を電気的な無段変速作動可能な差動状態とその電気的な無段変速作動不能とする非差動状態とに選択的に切り換えられるように構成された動力分配機構16を備える変速機構10が、有段変速走行中の変速機構10の有段変速制御に際して、回転速度同期制御手段82により第1、第2電動機M1、M2を用いて動力分配機構16の第1回転要素RE1乃至第3回転要素RE3の回転速度が変速完了後の第1回転要素RE1乃至第3回転要素RE3に同期制御されるので、変速ショックが抑制される。

Claims (7)
- エンジンに連結された第1回転要素と第1電動機に連結された第2回転要素と伝達部材に連結された第3回転要素とを有する差動機構と該伝達部材と駆動輪との間の動力伝達経路に設けられた第2電動機とを有し電気的な無段変速機として機能する無段変速部と、前記動力伝達経路の一部を構成し有段式自動変速機として機能する有段変速部とを備えた車両用駆動装置の制御装置であって、
前記差動機構に備えられ、前記無段変速部を電気的な無段変速作動可能な差動状態とその電気的な無段変速作動不能とする非差動状態とに該差動機構を選択的に切り換えるための差動状態切換装置と、
前記無段変速部または前記有段変速部による有段変速制御に際して、前記電動機を用いて前記第1回転要素乃至第3回転要素の回転速度を変速完了後の回転速度に同期制御する回転速度同期制御手段と
を、含むことを特徴とする車両用駆動装置の制御装置。 - エンジンに連結された第1回転要素と第1電動機に連結された第2回転要素と伝達部材に連結された第3回転要素とを有する差動機構と該伝達部材と駆動輪との間の動力伝達経路に設けられた第2電動機とを有し電気的な無段変速機として機能する無段変速部と、前記動力伝達経路の一部を構成し有段式自動変速機として機能する有段変速部とを備えた車両用駆動装置の制御装置であって、
前記差動機構に備えられ、前記無段変速部を電気的な無段変速作動可能な差動状態とその電気的な無段変速作動不能とする非差動状態とに該差動機構を選択的に切り換えるための差動状態切換装置と、
前記無段変速部または前記有段変速部による有段変速制御に際して、前記電動機を用いて前記エンジンの回転速度を変速完了後の回転速度に同期制御する回転速度同期制御手段と
を、含むことを特徴とする車両用駆動装置の制御装置。 - 前記差動状態切換装置は、前記非差動状態とするために該第1回転要素乃至第3回転要素を共に一体回転させる第1非差動状態とするか或いは該第2回転要素を非回転状態とする第2非差動状態とするものであり、
前記回転速度同期制御手段は、前記有段変速制御の際に前記第1非差動状態と第2非差動状態との切換えを実行するものか否かに基づいて前記回転速度の同期制御の方法を変更するものである請求項1または2の車両用駆動装置の制御装置。 - 前記回転速度同期制御手段は、前記有段変速制御の際に前記第1非差動状態と第2非差動状態との切換えを実行する場合には前記差動機構を一時的に差動状態へ切り換えて無段変速部の電気的な無段変速により前記回転速度の同期制御を実行するものである請求項3の車両用駆動装置の制御装置。
- 前記回転速度同期制御手段は、前記有段変速制御の際に前記第1非差動状態と第2非差動状態との切換えを実行しない場合には前記差動機構を非差動状態としたまま前記回転速度の同期制御を実行するものである請求項3または4の車両用駆動装置の制御装置。
- 前記回転速度同期制御手段は、前記有段変速制御の際に前記電動機が使用不可の場合には有段変速部の変速制御を実行するか或いは前記第1非差動状態と第2非差動状態との切換えを実行するものである請求項3乃至5のいずれかの車両用駆動装置の制御装置。
- 前記差動状態切換装置は、前記第1非差動状態とするために前記第1回転要素乃至第3回転要素のうちの少なくとも2つを相互に連結するクラッチおよび/または前記第2非差動状態とするために前記第2回転要素を非回転部材に連結するブレーキを備えたものである請求項3乃至6のいずれかの車両用駆動装置の制御装置。
