Description
た電動機の運転状態が制御されることにより入力回転速度と出力回転速度との差動状態が制御される電気式差動部と、電気式差動部から駆動輪への動力伝達経路の一部を構成し油圧が供給されることで所定の変速比を構成する変速部と、電気式差動部を電気的な差動を行なう差動状態および電気的な差動状態をロックするロック状態の間で切換える差動状態切換機構とを備える動力伝達装置の制御装置であって、変速部への供給油圧の低下時には差動状態切換機により電気式差動部をロック状態とする。
低下に伴い電気式差動部をロック状態化したときには、変速部における変速比の切換を禁止あるいは制限する手段をさらに備える。
図2を参照して、トランスミッション200は、車体に取り付けられる非回転部材としてのケース202内において共通の軸心上に配設された入力回転部材としての入力軸204と、この入力軸204に直接もしくはダンパー(図示せず)を介して連結された第1変速部300と、第1変速部300と後輪700との間の動力伝達経路で伝達部材(伝動軸)206を介して直列に連結される第2変速部400と、第2変速部400に連結されている出力回転部材としての出力軸208とを含む。
、第2MG312とを含む。第1変速部300は、さらに、C0クラッチ314およびB0ブレーキ316の二つの係合要素を含む。
アップシフトされる。このとき、シフトレバー805は前後方向に連続的にスライドするのではなく節度感を持って動く。すなわち、シフトレバー805は中立状態、前方に倒した状態、後方に倒した状態の3つのうちいずれかの状態を取る。また、運転者がシフトレバー805に加える力を緩めればシフトレバー805は直ちに中立位置に戻るようになっている。すなわち、マニュアル(M)の選択時における前進ギヤ段は、シフトレバー805の前後方向の操作回数に応じて段階的に変化するようになっている。
1,SP2に応答して、供給油圧が実際に低下する前に予防的に油圧低下フラグFL1をオンしてもよい。
1変速部300において電気式差動部をロック状態とすることにより、あるいは、これに加えてエンジン100の出力トルクを低下することにより、第2変速部400の入力軸に相当する伝達部材206が高回転化することを防止できる。この結果、供給油圧が著しく低下してトランスミッション200(特に第2変速部400)を構成する各回転要素がフリーとなっても、これらの回転要素が過高回転となることを防止できる。これにより、油圧供給装置の異常による供給油圧の低下が発生しても、トランスミッション200の各構成部品の耐久性低下を防止できる。
Claims (12)
- 差動部の第1の回転要素に動力伝達可能に連結された電動機の運転状態が制御されることにより入力軸の入力回転速度と出力軸の出力回転速度との差動動作が制御されるように構成された電気式差動部と、油圧が供給されることで前記電気式差動部から駆動輪への動力伝達を可能にする係合要素を含む変速部と、前記電気式差動部を、差動を行なう差動状態および当該差動を行わないロック状態の間で切換える差動状態切換機構とを備える動力伝達装置の制御装置であって、
前記係合要素への供給油圧の低下時に、前記差動状態切換機構により前記電気式差動部を前記ロック状態とし、
前記電気式差動部は、前記第1の回転要素と、入力軸と連結された第2の回転要素と、出力軸と連結された第3の回転要素とを含み、
前記電気式差動部は、前記差動状態では、前記第1から前記第3の回転要素が互いに相対的に回転可能である一方で、前記ロック状態では、前記第1から前記第3の回転要素が一体的に回転するように構成される、動力伝達装置の制御装置。 - 前記電気式差動部に含まれる複数個の回転要素のうちの少なくとも1つはエンジンに連結され、
前記係合要素への供給油圧の低下時には、さらに前記エンジンの出力トルクを低下させる、請求項1記載の動力伝達装置の制御装置。 - 前記動力伝達装置が搭載される車両の状態に基づく判断により、前記供給油圧が低下しても前記電気式差動部と前記変速部との少なくとも一方に含まれる回転要素が高回転化され得る車両状況にないときには、前記係合要素への供給油圧の低下時であっても前記差動状態切換機によって前記電気式差動部を前記ロック状態とするロック制御を強制的に非実行とするための判断手段をさらに備える、請求項1または2に記載の動力伝達装置の制御装置。
- 前記判断手段は、前記車両のアクセルペダルのオフ時には、前記ロック制御を強制的に非実行とする、請求項3記載の動力伝達装置の制御装置。
- 前記判断手段は、前記車両の車輪速度が所定以下の場合には、前記ロック制御を強制的に非実行とする、請求項3記載の動力伝達装置の制御装置。
- 前記判断手段は、現在選択されているシフトポジションまたはレンジに応じて、前記ロック制御を非実行とする、請求項3記載の動力伝達装置の制御装置。
- 前記判断手段は、前記エンジンの出力トルクが所定以下のときに、前記ロック制御を非実行とする、請求項3記載の動力伝達装置の制御装置。
- 前記係合要素への供給油圧の低下に伴い前記電気式差動部をロック状態化したときには、前記係合要素を含んで構成される変速部における変速比の切換を禁止あるいは制限する手段をさらに備える、請求項1記載の動力伝達装置の制御装置。
- 前記電気式差動部は、前記電動機の運転状態が制御されることにより、無段変速機構として作動する、請求項1記載の動力伝達装置の制御装置。
- 前記変速部は、複数個の前記係合要素の係合と開放との組合わせにより有段の自動変速部として機能する、請求項1記載の動力伝達装置の制御装置。
- 差動部の回転要素に動力伝達可能に連結された電動機の運転状態が制御されることにより入力回転速度と出力回転速度との差動動作が制御されるように構成された電気式差動部と、油圧が供給されることで前記電気式差動部から駆動輪への動力伝達を可能にする係合要素を含む変速部と、前記電気式差動部を、差動を行なう差動状態および当該差動を行わないロック状態の間で切換える差動状態切換機構とを備える動力伝達装置の制御方法であって、
前記電気式差動部は、前記第1の回転要素と、入力軸と連結された第2の回転要素と、出力軸と連結された第3の回転要素とを含み、
前記電気式差動部は、前記差動状態では、前記第1から前記第3の回転要素が互いに相対的に回転可能である一方で、前記ロック状態では、前記第1から前記第3の回転要素が一体的に回転するように構成され、
前記制御方法は、
前記係合要素への供給油圧の低下を検知する第1ステップと、
前記供給油圧の低下検知時に、前記差動状態切換機構により前記電気式差動部を前記ロック状態とするための第2ステップとを備える、動力伝達装置の制御方法。 - 前記電気式差動部に含まれる複数個の回転要素のうちの少なくとも1つはエンジンに連結され、
前記第2ステップは、前記係合要素への供給油圧の低下検知時に、さらに前記エンジンの出力トルクを低下させる、請求項11記載の動力伝達装置の制御方法。
