Abstract
【解決手段】 ポリL乳酸及びポリD乳酸を含有するポリ乳酸樹脂組成物であって、
ポリD乳酸の含有量が、ポリL乳酸及びポリD乳酸の合計量を基準として0.01〜20重量%であり、且つ、結晶化促進剤をさらに含有する、ポリ乳酸樹脂組成物。

Description
<ポリ乳酸樹脂組成物の調製>
ポリL乳酸(トヨタ自動車社製、#5000、重量平均分子量約20万)と、ポリL乳酸及びポリD乳酸の合計量基準で1重量%のポリD乳酸(Purac社製、重量平均分子量約18万)とからなるポリ乳酸混合物100重量部に、1重量部のエチレンビス−12−ヒドロキシステアリン酸アミド(日本化成社製、スリパックスH)、1重量部のタルク(日本タルク社製、Micro Ace P−6、平均粒径4.0μm)を混合した混合物からなる樹脂を、スクリューを備える二軸押出機(テクノベル社製、KZW15TW−60MG)を用い、スクリュー回転数200ppm、樹脂温度200℃、樹脂供給速度1kg/hで溶融混練して目的のポリ乳酸樹脂組成物を得た。
得られたポリ乳酸樹脂組成物をストランド状に押出した後、水で急冷し、ストランドカッターでペレットとした。このペレットを、減圧下、100℃で12時間熱処理した後、射出成形機を用いて角柱状試験片(80mm×10mm×4mm)を成形[シリンダ設定温度185℃、樹脂温度(実測値)195℃)]したときの成形性を、下記の条件での試験片の変形度合いにより評価した。
1)金型温度80℃、冷却時間120秒
2)金型温度100℃、冷却時間90秒、60秒、45秒、30秒及び20秒
評価基準:
○=ほどんど変形しない(変形度1%未満)。
△=金型から取り出せるが、少し変形するため物性の評価が困難。
×=金型から取り出すのが困難で、成形できない。
また、耐熱性については、金型温度100℃で得られた試験片の荷重たわみ温度(HDT、荷重:0.45MPa)で評価した。成形性及び耐熱性の評価結果を、表1にまとめて示す。
ポリD乳酸の比率を0.2重量%とした他は、実施例1と同様にしてポリ乳酸樹脂組成物を調製し、その成形性及び耐熱性の評価を行った。
ポリD乳酸の比率を0.5重量%とした他は、実施例1と同様にしてポリ乳酸樹脂組成物を調製し、その成形性及び耐熱性の評価を行った。
ポリD乳酸の比率を5重量%とした他は、実施例1と同様にしてポリ乳酸樹脂組成物を調製し、その成形性及び耐熱性の評価を行った。
ポリD乳酸の比率を10重量%とした他は、実施例1と同様にしてポリ乳酸樹脂組成物を調製し、その成形性及び耐熱性の評価を行った。
ポリL乳酸(トヨタ自動車社製、#5000、重量平均分子量約20万)に何も混合せずに、そのまま射出成形機を用いて角柱状試験片(80mm×10mm×4mm)を成形[シリンダ設定温度185℃、樹脂温度(実測値)195℃]したときの成形性を、実施例1と同様の条件で評価した。何れの条件でも、試験片が大きく変形した。
エチレンビス−12−ヒドロキステアリン酸アミド及びタルクを添加しなかった他は、実施例1と同様にしてポリ乳酸樹脂組成物を調製し、その成形性を評価した。何れの成形条件でも、試験片が大きく変形した。
ポリ乳酸混合物を、ポリL乳酸単独とした他は、実施例1と同様にしてポリ乳酸樹脂組成物を調製した。しかし、実施例1と同様のシリンダ温度設定では樹脂が溶融せず、成形できなかった。
ポリD乳酸の比率を40重量%とした他は、実施例1と同様にしてポリ乳酸樹脂組成物を調製し、その成形性を評価した。何れの条件でも、試験片が大きく変形した。
実施例1で得たポリ乳酸樹脂組成物について、シリンダ設定温度を215℃(樹脂温度(実測値)225℃)として、実施例1と同様に成形性及び耐熱性の評価を行った。
Claims (4)
- ポリL乳酸及びポリD乳酸を含有するポリ乳酸樹脂組成物であって、
前記ポリD乳酸の含有量が、前記ポリL乳酸及び前記ポリD乳酸の合計量を基準として0.01〜20重量%であり、且つ、結晶化促進剤をさらに含有する、ポリ乳酸樹脂組成物。 - ポリL乳酸及びポリD乳酸を含有するポリ乳酸樹脂組成物であって、
前記ポリL乳酸の含有量が、前記ポリL乳酸及び前記ポリD乳酸の合計量を基準として0.01〜20重量%であり、且つ、結晶化促進剤をさらに含有する、ポリ乳酸樹脂組成物。 - 請求項1又は2に記載のポリ乳酸樹脂組成物を成形する成形体の製造方法であって、
前記ポリL乳酸と前記ポリD乳酸とで形成されたステレオコンプレックス結晶が溶融しない条件で成形する、成形体の製造方法。 - 請求項1又は2に記載のポリ乳酸樹脂組成物を成形して得られる成形体であって、
前記ポリL乳酸と前記ポリD乳酸とで形成されたステレオコンプレックス結晶が溶融しない条件で成形して得られる、成形体。
