Abstract
【解決手段】 空調装置7に使用する第一の熱交換器9を車両前方側に、その後方に燃料電池3および駆動モータ5に使用する第二の熱交換器11をそれぞれ配置する。第一の熱交換器9は第一の冷却媒体が流れる第一の放熱部23を備える。第二の熱交換器11は、燃料電池3用の第二の冷却媒体が流れる第二の放熱部25と、駆動モータ5用の第三の冷却媒体が流れる第三の放熱部27とを互いに並列配置している。冷却媒体温度が駆動モータ5に比べて高い燃料電池3に接続する第二の放熱部25を、第一の熱交換器9の冷却媒体入口15の後方に配置し、冷却媒体温度が燃料電池3に比べて低い駆動モータ5に接続する第三の放熱部27を、第一の熱交換器9の冷却媒体出口17の後方に配置する。

Claims (4)
- 三つの冷却媒体の放熱を行う放熱部をそれぞれ備えた熱交換器において、前記三つの放熱部のうちで冷却媒体出入口相互の冷却媒体温度差が最も大きい第一の冷却媒体が流れる第一の放熱部の背面に、第二および第三の各冷却媒体がそれぞれ流れる第二および第三の各放熱部を互いに並列して配置し、前記第二の放熱部を流れる第二の冷却媒体は、前記第三の放熱部を流れる第三の冷却媒体より相対的に温度が高く、前記第一の放熱部における第一の冷却媒体の流れの上流側の背面に前記第二の放熱部を配置する一方、前記第一の放熱部における第一の冷却媒体の流れの下流側の背面に前記第三の放熱部を配置することを特徴とする熱交換器。
- 三つの冷却媒体の放熱を行う放熱部をそれぞれ備えた熱交換器において、前記三つの放熱部のうちで冷却媒体温度が相対的に最も高い第一の冷却媒体が流れる第一の放熱部の背面に、第二および第三の各冷却媒体がそれぞれ流れる第二および第三の各放熱部を互いに並列して配置し、前記第二の放熱部を流れる第二の冷却媒体は、前記第三の放熱部を流れる第三の冷却媒体より相対的に温度が高く、前記第一の放熱部における第一の冷却媒体の流れの上流側の背面に前記第二の放熱部を配置する一方、前記第一の放熱部における第一の冷却媒体の流れの下流側の背面に前記第三の放熱部を配置することを特徴とする熱交換器。
- 請求項1または2に記載の熱交換器において、前記第一の放熱部の通風方向に対向する部位の面積と、前記第二,第三の各放熱部を合わせた通風方向に対向する部位の面積とを、互いに同一とすることを特徴とする熱交換器。
- 請求項1ないし3のいずれか1項に記載の熱交換器において、車両に空調装置と燃料電池と燃料電池から電力の供給を受ける強電装置とをそれぞれ搭載し、前記空調装置に前記第一の放熱部を流れる第一の冷却媒体を、前記燃料電池に前記第二の放熱部を流れる第二の冷却媒体を、前記強電装置に前記第三の放熱部を流れる第三の冷却媒体を、それぞれ流すことを特徴とする熱交換器。
