Abstract
【解決手段】 リボン状のアルミニウム箔11からなる振動板10の両面に金蒸着膜12を形成する。好ましくは、振動板10の両端部10a(10b)に取り付けられる電極板20a,20bの各内面にも金蒸着膜21を形成する。

Claims (3)
- 両端に固定電極が取り付けられたリボン状のアルミニウム箔からなる振動板を磁気ギャップ内に配置してなる可動リボン型マイクロホンにおいて、
上記振動板の両面に金蒸着膜が形成されていることを特徴とする可動リボン型マイクロホン。 - 上記金蒸着膜の膜厚が500オングストローム以上で、かつ、上記振動板に付加される質量が10%以内であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の可動リボン型マイクロホン。
- 上記固定電極の上記振動板との接触面にも金蒸着膜が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の可動リボン型マイクロホン。
