Description
また、上記駆動用電解液としては、エチレングリコール、γ―ブチロラクトン、スルホラン等の有機溶媒か水を単独または混合溶媒に、溶質として、コハク酸、アジピン酸、ピメリン酸、スベリン酸、アゼライン酸、セバシン酸、ウンデカン酸、安息香酸、2−メチルアゼライン酸、1,6−デカンジカルボン酸、5,6−デカンジカルボン酸、2-ブチルオクタン二酸、7−ビニルヘキサデン−1,16−ジカルボン酸等の有機カルボン酸に、ニトロ化合物、リン化合物、糖類等を使用した電解液を例示することができる。
また、より顕著な効果を得るために、2種もしくはそれ以上の有機カルボン酸を使用しても良い。また、前述有機カルボン酸の塩としては、アンモニウム塩、メチルアミン、エチルアミン、t−ブチルアミン等の一級アミン塩、ジメチルアミン、エチルメチルアミン、ジエチルアミン等の二級アミン塩、トリメチルアミン、ジエチルメチルアミン、エチルジメチルアミン、トリエチルアミン等の三級アミン塩、テトラメチルアンモニウム、トリエチルメチルアンモニウム、テトラエチルアンモニウム等の四級アンモニウム塩、イミダゾリウム塩、イミダゾリニウム塩などを用いることが可能である。

Claims (1)
- 陽極箔と陰極箔とがセパレータを介して巻回され、駆動用電解液が含浸されたコンデンサ素子と、
該コンデンサ素子を収容する有底筒状のケースと、
該ケースの開口を封止する弾性封口体と、
前記陽極箔及び前記陰極箔に電気的に接続されているとともに、前記弾性封口体を介して外部に引き出された鉛を含まないリード線とを備えており、
前記弾性封口体が、エチレン−プロピレン−ジエン原料ゴム100部に対して、クレー系充填剤を50〜70部、及び、カーボンブラックを20〜40部配合することによって生成されたエチレン−プロピレン−ジエン共重合体で形成されているとともに、JIS−A硬度が83Hs〜88Hsの範囲内にあることを特徴とする音響用電解コンデンサ。
