Abstract
【解決手段】 ポンププランジャブッシュ3に形成された少なくとも1つの吸入兼溢流孔8への燃料の出入をポンププランジャブッシュ3内で往復動するポンププランジャ4の上側制御縁部11及び下側制御縁部12で制御するように構成され、吸入兼溢流孔8の壁部には早期制御溝10が形成されている燃料噴射ポンプ1において、吸入兼溢流孔8が、一端81Aにポンププランジャブッシュ3の内部を覗く開口面14を有する小径孔81と小径孔81の他端81Bに連通する大径孔82とから成り、早期制御溝10の底部10Aが開口面14から離れる方向で上方に向かって傾斜して延びており、大径孔82の小径孔81との連通端部の内面が球面部82Cとなっている。

Claims (2)
- ポンププランジャブッシュに形成された少なくとも1つの吸入兼溢流孔への燃料の出入を該ポンププランジャブッシュ内で往復動するポンププランジャの上側及び下側制御縁部で制御するように構成され、前記吸入兼溢流孔の壁部には早期制御溝が形成されている内燃機関のための燃料噴射ポンプであって、
前記吸入兼溢流孔が、一端に前記ポンププランジャブッシュの内部を覗く開口を有する小径孔と該小径孔の他端に連通する大径孔とから成り、
前記早期制御溝が前記小径孔の前記開口から前記大径孔に向けて延びるように設けられており、
前記早期制御溝の底部が前記開口から離れる方向で上方に向かって傾斜して延びており、
前記大径孔の前記小径孔との連通端部の内面が球面状となっている
ことを特徴とする内燃機関のための燃料噴射ポンプ。 - 前記大径孔の軸線を前記小径孔の軸線よりも前記早期制御溝と反対の方向に所定値だけずらすようにした請求項1記載の内燃機関のための燃料噴射ポンプ。
