Claims (5)
- 펌프 플런저 부싱 내에 형성된 적어도 하나의 흡입 배출 홀을 향한 연료의 유입 및 배출이, 펌프 플런저 부싱의 내부에서 왕복 운동하는 펌프 플런저의 상측 컨트롤 가장 자리부와 하측 컨트롤 가장 자리부로 제어되는 내연기관용 연료분사펌프로서,초기단계 컨트롤 홈은 상기 흡입-배출 홀의 벽부에 형성되고, 상기 흡입-배출 홀은 그 일단에 상기 펌프 플런저 부싱의 내부에 직면한 개구를 갖는 소직형 홀과, 상기 소직형 홀의 타단에 연통하는(communicating) 대직경 홀을 포함하고, 상기 흡입-배출 홀은 상기 초기단계 컨트롤 홈이 상기 소직경 홀의 상기 개구로부터 상기 대직경 홀을 향하여 연장하는 상태에서 형성되고, 상기 초기단계 컨트롤 홈의 바닥부는 상기 개구로부터 이격된 방향으로 경사지게 상부로 연장되고, 상기 소직경 홀과 상기 대직경 홀의 연통 단부의 내부 표면은 구형 표면 내에 형성되는 내연기관용 연료분사펌프.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 대직경 홀의 축은 상기 초기단계 컨트롤 홈에 대향된 방향에서 상기 소직경 홀의 축으로부터 소정값으로 변위되는 내연기관용 연료분사펌프.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 대직경 홀의 축은 상기 대직경 홀의 축이 상기 소직경 홀의 축에 대하여 상기 초기단계 컨트롤 홈에 대향된 방향으로 평행하게 이동하는 상태에서 변위되는 내연기관용 연료분사펌프.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 초기단계 컨트롤 홈은 종단면이 아치형(arcuate) 바닥 표면 형상을 가지는 관통형 홈(trough-shaped groove)인 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관용 연료분사펌프.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 초기단계 컨트롤 홈의 바닥 표면은 상기 소직경 홀의 상기 축에 대하여 소정 각도로 형성되는 내연기관용 연료분사펌프.
