Abstract
【解決手段】 S5で入力回転速度の変化に基づいて変速進行度rateを算出するとともに、S6で変速進行度rateとアクセル操作量に対応する目標スロットル指令値TA* に応じてスロットル指令値TAを求め、エンジン吹きを抑制しながらS10でそのスロットル指令値TAに従って電子スロットル弁を制御する。

図1は、FF(フロントエンジン・フロントドライブ)車両などの横置き型の車両用駆動装置の骨子図であり、ガソリンエンジン等の内燃機関によって構成されているエンジン10の出力は、トルクコンバータ12、自動変速機14、差動歯車装置16等の動力伝達装置を経て図示しない駆動輪(前輪)へ伝達されるようになっている。トルクコンバータ12は、エンジン10のクランク軸18と連結されているポンプ翼車20と、自動変速機14の入力軸22に連結されたタービン翼車24と、一方向クラッチ26を介して非回転部材であるハウジング28に固定されたステータ30と、図示しないダンパを介してクランク軸18を入力軸22に直結するロックアップクラッチ32とを備えている。ポンプ翼車20にはギヤポンプ等の機械式のオイルポンプ21が連結されており、エンジン10によりポンプ翼車20と共に回転駆動されて変速用や潤滑用などの油圧を発生するようになっている。上記エンジン10は車両走行用の駆動力源であり、トルクコンバータ12は流体継手である。

Claims (8)
- 複数の摩擦係合装置が選択的に係合、解放されることにより、変速比が異なる複数のギヤ段を成立させてエンジンの回転を車輪側へ伝達する自動変速機を備えている車両において、前記エンジンの出力要求が為されていないパワーオフ状態で前記複数の摩擦係合装置の何れかを係合させて前記自動変速機をアップシフトする時に、その変速途中で出力要求が為されてエンジントルクを増大させる際の変速時制御装置であって、
前記アップシフトに伴って回転速度が変化する所定の回転要素の回転速度変化に基づいて、前記出力要求が為された後の前記自動変速機の変速進行度を求める変速進行度演算手段と、
前記変速進行度に基づいて、前記アップシフトが進行するに従って前記エンジントルクが漸増するように前記エンジンを制御するエンジントルク漸増手段と、
を有することを特徴とする車両の変速時制御装置。 - 前記変速進行度演算手段は、前記自動変速機の入力部材の回転速度と前記アップシフト後のギヤ段における該入力部材の同期回転速度との回転速度差に基づいて前記変速進行度を算出する
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車両の変速時制御装置。 - 前記所定の回転要素の回転速度と前記アップシフト後のギヤ段における該回転要素の同期回転速度との回転速度差が所定値以下の時に前記出力要求が為された場合には、前記変速進行度に基づく前記エンジントルク漸増手段による制御を規制する漸増制御規制手段を有する
ことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の車両の変速時制御装置。 - 前記エンジンの吹き上がりを判断するエンジン吹き判断手段と、
該エンジン吹き判断手段により前記エンジンの吹き上がりの判断が為された場合には、前記エンジントルク漸増手段による制御に優先して前記エンジントルクを一定に維持するエンジントルクホールド手段と、
を有することを特徴とする請求項1〜3の何れか1項に記載の車両の変速時制御装置。 - 前記エンジントルク漸増手段は、前記変速進行度に応じて前記エンジンのスロットル弁開度を電気的に増大制御することにより前記エンジントルクを漸増するものである
ことを特徴とする請求項1〜4の何れか1項に記載の車両の変速時制御装置。 - 前記出力要求が為された直後には、前記変速進行度に基づいて前記エンジントルク漸増手段によって制御される前記スロットル弁開度の増大制御に上限ガードを設ける制御開始時ガード手段を有する
ことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の車両の変速時制御装置。 - 前記変速進行度演算手段は、前記所定の回転要素の回転速度が、前記アップシフト後のギヤ段における該回転要素の同期回転速度に到達する前の予め定められた制御終了回転速度に達した時に、100%になるように前記変速進行度を算出する一方、
前記エンジントルク漸増手段は、前記変速進行度が100%になった時に前記スロットル弁開度が前記出力要求に応じた目標スロットル弁開度となるように、該スロットル弁開度を該変速進行度に応じて制御する
ことを特徴とする請求項5または6に記載の車両の変速時制御装置。 - 前記制御終了回転速度は、前記所定の回転要素が前記同期回転速度に達して前記アップシフトが終了した時に、前記エンジンが前記目標スロットル弁開度に対応したエンジントルクを発生するように、該エンジントルクの応答遅れを考慮して該エンジンの回転速度に応じて可変設定される
ことを特徴とする請求項7に記載の車両の変速時制御装置。
