Abstract
【解決手段】 エンジンが第1モータ・ジェネレータと出力軸とに動力分配機構を介して連結され、その出力軸に第2モータ・ジェネレータが、油圧に応じてトルク容量が変化する変速機を介して連結され、その変速機に供給する油圧を発生させる電動オイルポンプ(OPM)を有するハイブリッド車の制御装置において、OPMを起動することによる油圧が所定値以上となったことを判定する油圧判定手段(ステップS5)と、油圧判定手段により油圧が所定値以上になった場合に、OPMの出力を低下させる電動オイルポンプ出力低下手段(ステップS6)と、電動オイルポンプ出力低下手段によりOPMの出力を低下させた後に、第1モータ・ジェネレータによりE/Gをクランキングする手段(ステップS6)とを備えている。

- 内燃機関が第1電動機と出力部材とに動力分配機構を介して連結され、その出力部材に第2電動機が、油圧に応じてトルク容量が変化する変速機を介して連結され、その変速機のトルク容量を設定する油圧を発生させる電動オイルポンプが備えられたハイブリッド車の制御装置であって、
前記電動オイルポンプを起動することによる油圧が所定値以上となったことを判定する油圧判定手段と、
その油圧判定手段により油圧が所定値以上になった場合に、前記電動オイルポンプの出力を低下させる電動オイルポンプ出力低下手段と、
電動オイルポンプ出力低下手段により前記オイルポンプの出力を低下させた後に、前記第1電動機により前記内燃機関をクランキングするクランキング手段と
を備えていることを特徴とするハイブリッド車の制御装置。 - 前記電動オイルポンプを起動して油圧を上昇させる過程で、前記第2電動機の回転数を一定回転数に維持する定回転制御を行う第2電動機制御手段を更に備え、
前記油圧判定手段は、前記定回転数制御されている前記第2電動機の回転数の変化に基づいて油圧を判定する手段を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のハイブリッド車の制御装置。 - 前記油圧判定手段は、前記電動オイルポンプ起動後の前記油圧が所定値を超えない時間が所定時間を経過したことを判定する手段を含み、
前記電動オイルポンプ出力低下手段は、前記所定時間が経過したことが判定された場合に、前記電動オイルポンプの出力を低下させる手段を含み、
前記クランキング手段は、前記所定時間が経過したことが前記油圧判定手段によって判定された後に前記第1電動機により前記内燃機関をクランキングする手段を含んでいることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のハイブリッド車の制御装置。
