Abstract
【解決手段】 LD光源2a、2b、2c、2dより5nmステップで波長の異なる単色のレーザ光を順に発生し、これらを励起光として蛍光標本Sに照射させて、それぞれの蛍光を共焦点検出部13で検出する。

Claims (8)
- 半導体プロセスにより同一チップ上に形成された波長がわずかに異なる2つ以上の半導体光源を有し所定の波長領域をカバーする励起光源と、
前記半導体光源のオンオフを制御する半導体光源制御手段と、
前記励起光源からの光を標本上で走査する走査手段と前記標本から発せられる光を検出する共焦点検出手段を有する顕微鏡本体と
を具備したことを特徴とする共焦点顕微分光装置。 - 前記励起光源は、前記半導体光源を同一チップ上にアレイ状に配置し、前記半導体光源から発せられる光を結合するカプラとともに同一基板上に配置されることを特徴とする請求項1記載の共焦点顕微分光装置。
- 前記励起光源は、2つ以上設けられ、2以上の波長領域をカバーすることを特徴とする請求項1記載の共焦点顕微分光装置。
- 前記励起光源がカバーする前記波長領域が、50nm以下であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の共焦点顕微分光装置。
- 前記2つ以上の半導体光源が持つ波長差が前記50nm以下の波長領域の範囲において1nm以上であることを特徴とする請求項4記載の共焦点顕微分光装置。
- 前記半導体光源は、半導体プロセスによって製作された半導体レーザもしくは発光ダイオードであることを特徴とする請求項1記載の共焦点顕微分光装置。
- 前記励起光源からの光を前記顕微鏡本体に伝送する光ファイバを有し、該光ファイバがシングルモードファイバであることを特徴とする請求項1記載の共焦点顕微分光装置。
- 前記光ファイバは、偏光面保存型のファイバであることを特徴とした請求項7記載の共焦点顕微分光装置。
