Abstract
【解決手段】 等速自在継手の外輪と一体で軸方向に伸びかつ外周にスプラインを形成した軸と、この軸のスプラインに嵌合するスプラインを内周に形成しかつ外周に車輪取付け用フランジを形成した内輪を有する転がり軸受とを有し、上記軸と内輪のスプライン嵌合状態で内輪を固定してなるホイール用軸受装置において、軸4端部の中央部に凹部13を形成し、軸4端部側の内輪5端面の円周上に複数の放射状凹部14を形成し、上記軸4端部の凹部13をかしめにて内周側から外周側に拡開させて半径方向鍔部15を形成し、この鍔部15を上記内輪5の放射状凹部14内に喰い込ませて内輪5を軸3に固定したことを特徴とする。

Claims (2)
- 車体取付け用フランジが外周面に形成された外輪と、
軸方向に伸び外周面にスプラインが形成された軸が一体に形成された等速自在継手の椀状外輪と、
外周面に車輪取付け用フランジが形成され内周に軸外周面のスプラインに嵌合するスプラインが形成された内輪と、
二列で構成され一列が外輪と内輪との間に介装され、他の一列が外輪と内輪に兼用した等速自在継手の椀状外輪の外周面との間に介装された転動体とを備え、
上記軸の端部の中央部には、軸方向に所定深さでかつ径方向厚みが残る凹部が形成され、
軸と内輪とがスプライン嵌合された状態で、上記凹部をかしめにて内周側から外周側に拡開して半径方向鍔部を形成し、
この鍔部で内輪を軸に固定したことを特徴とするホイール用軸受装置。 - 前記内輪において、前記鍔部側の端面の円周上に複数の放射状凹部を形成し、前記鍔部を内輪の放射状凹部内に喰い込ませてトルク伝達部の一部としたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のホイール用軸受装置。
