Claims (2)
- 内周に複列の外側転走面が形成された外方部材と、
一端部に車輪取付フランジを一体に有し、外周に軸方向に延びる円筒状の小径段部が形成されたハブ輪、およびこのハブ輪の小径段部に圧入された少なくとも一つの内輪からなり、前記複列の外側転走面に対向する複列の内側転走面が形成された内方部材と、
前記両転走面間に転動自在に収容された複列の転動体と、
等速自在継手を構成する外側継手部材とを備え、この外側継手部材が、カップ状のマウス部と、このマウス部の底部をなす肩部と、この肩部から軸方向に延びるステム部とを一体に有し、このステム部が前記ハブ輪にセレーションを介してトルク伝達可能に内嵌されると共に、前記小径段部の端部を径方向外方に塑性変形させて形成した加締部により前記内輪が軸方向に固定され、前記加締部が前記肩部と突き合わせ状態で、前記外側継手部材がねじ手段を介して前記ハブ輪に軸方向に分離可能に結合された駆動車輪用軸受装置において、
前記外側継手部材の肩部の当接面の平面度が50μm以下、当該肩部の当接面の前記ステム部に対する直角度が100μm以下に規制されると共に、
前記加締部の内端面が平坦面に形成され、前記肩部の当接面に対して、当該内端面の内径と外径との高さの差が50μm以下のコンケーブ形状またはコンベックス形状の平坦面になるように規制されていることを特徴とする駆動車輪用軸受装置。 - 前記複列の内側転走面のうち、アウター側の内側転走面が前記ハブ輪に直接形成されている請求項2に記載の駆動車輪用軸受装置。
