Abstract
【解決手段】 樹脂製ハウジング7の内部に軸受スリーブ8を固定し、軸部材2と軸受スリーブ8との間のラジアル軸受隙間に生じる潤滑油の動圧作用で軸部材2をラジアル方向に非接触支持する。ハウジング7の外周に、モータのステータ4を取り付けるための金属製のブラケット6を接着固定する。この際、ハウジング7の外周のブラケット6との接着部を粗面化し、その表面粗さを0.5μmRa〜2.0μmRaに設定する。

Claims (7)
- ハウジングと、ハウジングの内部に固定された軸受スリーブと、軸受スリーブに対して相対回転する軸部材と、軸受スリーブの内周面と軸部材の外周面との間のラジアル軸受隙間に形成した油膜で軸部材をラジアル方向に非接触支持するラジアル軸受部とを備え、ハウジングに他部材が接着固定されるものにおいて、
少なくともハウジングが樹脂製で、ハウジングと他部材のうち、樹脂で形成された部材の接着部の表面粗さを0.5μmRa以上にしたことを特徴とする流体軸受装置。 - 前記接着部の表面粗さを2.0μmRa以下にした請求項1記載の流体軸受装置。
- ハウジングに接着固定する他部材が、モータのステータを取り付けるためのブラケットである請求項1または2記載の流体軸受装置。
- ハウジングに接着固定する他部材が、ハウジングの開口部を密封するシール部材である請求項1または2記載の流体軸受装置。
- ハウジングに接着固定する他部材が、ハウジングの底部を閉塞するスラストブッシュである請求項1または2記載の流体軸受装置。
- ハウジングに接着固定する他部材が、前記軸受スリーブである請求項1または2記載の流体軸受装置。
- 請求項1〜6の何れかに記載した流体軸受装置と、ステータと、ロータとを有するモータ。
