Claims (4)
- ハウジングと、ハウジングの内部に固定された軸受スリーブと、ハウジング及び軸受スリーブに対して回転する回転部材と、前記軸受スリーブと前記回転部材との間のラジアル軸受隙間に生じる流体の動圧作用で前記回転部材をラジアル方向に非接触支持するラジアル軸受部と、ハウジングを保持する保持部材とを備える動圧軸受装置において、
ハウジングが樹脂成形品で油浸漬後に脱脂処理されたものであり、保持部材が金属製であり、かつハウジングの少なくとも接着部に、表面処理としてUV処理を施してから両者を嫌気性接着剤で接着固定したことを特徴とする動圧軸受装置。 - ハウジングと保持部材との間の接着隙間を30μm以下にした請求項1記載の動圧軸受装置。
- 保持部材が、モータステータの取付け部を有するブラケットである請求項1または2記載の動圧軸受装置。
- 請求項3に記載した動圧軸受装置と、ブラケットに取り付けられたモータステータと、回転部材に取り付けられたモータロータとを有するモータ。
