Abstract
【解決手段】 焼結金属からなる軸受スリーブ8を軸部材2に固定し、軸部材2とともに軸受スリーブ8も回転するようにした。これにより、軸受スリーブ8の内部に含浸していた潤滑油が遠心力により外径側(ラジアル軸受隙間側)へと排出される。これにより、動圧作用が高まり、軸受剛性が向上する。

Claims (8)
- 内周面を有する外側部材と、外側部材の内径側に配置され、少なくとも外周面が焼結金属で形成された内側部材と、外側部材の内周面と内側部材の外周面との間に形成されたラジアル軸受隙間と、内側部材の回転時に、ラジアル軸受隙間に潤滑流体の動圧作用を発生させるラジアル動圧発生部とを備えた動圧軸受装置。
- 内側部材が、焼結金属製の軸受スリーブと、軸受スリーブの内周に固定した軸部材とからなる請求項1記載の動圧軸受装置。
- 軸受スリーブの内周面と軸部材の外周面との間に、軸受スリーブの両端面に開口する循環路を形成した請求項2記載の動圧軸受装置。
- 第1のスラスト軸受隙間を形成する第1のスラスト部材と、第1のスラスト軸受隙間に潤滑流体の動圧作用を発生させる第1のスラスト動圧発生部とをさらに備えた請求項1記載の動圧軸受装置。
- 第1のスラスト部材と軸方向に離間し、第2のスラスト軸受隙間を形成する第2のスラスト部材と、第2のスラスト軸受隙間に潤滑流体の動圧作用を発生させる第2のスラスト動圧発生部とをさらに備えた請求項4記載の動圧軸受装置。
- 第1および第2のスラスト部材のうち、少なくとも何れか一方でシール空間を形成した請求項5記載の動圧軸受装置。
- 第1および第2のスラスト部材のうち、何れか一方で外側部材の開口部を密閉した請求項5記載の動圧軸受装置。
- 請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載の動圧軸受装置と、ステータコイルと、ロータマグネットとを有するモータ。
