Abstract
【解決手段】 本発明に係るスケール付着防止装置は、スケールの発生原因となる溶存成分を含有している水に金属イオンを溶出させる金属イオン溶出ユニット3を備えることを特徴としている。本発明に係るスケール付着防止装置は、例えば熱交換器1及び冷却塔2を有する開放型循環冷却水系の給水経路中に設けられる。

Claims (12)
- スケールの発生原因となる溶存成分を含有している水に金属イオンを溶出させる金属イオン溶出部を備えることを特徴とするスケール付着防止装置。
- 前記水の導電率を検出する導電率検出手段と、
前記導電率検出手段によって検出された導電率に応じて前記金属イオン溶出部から溶出する金属イオン量を制御する制御手段と、
を備える請求項1に記載のスケール付着防止装置。 - 前記金属イオン溶出部が少なくとも一対の電極を有し、前記電極間に電圧が印加されることによって前記水に金属イオンが溶出する請求項1又は請求項2に記載のスケール付着防止装置。
- 前記金属イオン溶出部が少なくとも一対の電極を有し、
前記導電率検出手段が前記電極間に印加される電圧と前記電極を流れる電流値に基づいて導電率を検出し、
前記制御手段が、前記導電率検出手段によって検出された導電率に応じて前記電極間に印加される電圧を制御し、
前記電極間に電圧が印加されることによって前記水に金属イオンが溶出する請求項2に記載のスケール付着防止装置。 - 前記電極の少なくとも一つが銅及び/又は亜鉛を含有する請求項3又は請求項4に記載のスケール付着防止装置。
- 前記電極間に印加される電圧の極性が反転する請求項3〜5のいずれかに記載のスケール付着防止装置。
- 軟水機を備える請求項3〜6のいずれかに記載のスケール付着防止装置。
- 前記金属イオンの一部又は全部が銀イオンである請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載のスケール付着防止装置。
- 前記水に浮遊する固形物を前記水から分離する固液分離装置を備える請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載のスケール付着防止装置。
- 請求項1〜9のいずれかに記載のスケール付着防止装置を備えることを特徴とする開放型循環冷却水系。
- 請求項1〜9のいずれかに記載のスケール付着防止装置を備えることを特徴とする蒸気発生装置。
- スケールの発生原因となる溶存成分を含有している水に金属イオンを添加することを特徴とするスケール付着防止方法。
