Abstract
【解決手段】 本発明は、モータ部から出力された駆動トルクを、モータシャフトからウォームに伝達し、さらにウォームからヘリカルギアに、そしてギアボックスに固定されている固定軸を中心としてヘリカルギアと共に回転する出力軸から外部に駆動トルクが取り出される。この固定軸は、一方の端部を開口した開口部及び他方の端部を閉じた天井面を有する中空円筒形状に構成し、この固定軸の一方の端部に抜け止め加工をして、圧入またはインサート成形により樹脂製のギアボックスに固定する。固定軸の他方の端部に、固定軸に組み込まれた出力軸及びヘリカルギアの抜け止め構成が形成される。

Claims (8)
- モータ部から出力された駆動トルクを、モータシャフトからウォームに伝達し、さらにウォームからヘリカルギアに、そしてギアボックスに固定されている固定軸を中心としてヘリカルギアと共に回転する出力軸から外部に駆動トルクが取り出される小型モータのギアユニットにおいて、
前記固定軸は、一方の端部を開口した開口部及び他方の端部を閉じた天井面を有する中空円筒形状に構成し、この固定軸の一方の端部に抜け止め加工をして、圧入またはインサート成形により樹脂製のギアボックスに固定し、かつ、
前記固定軸に組み込まれた前記出力軸及び前記ヘリカルギアの抜け止め構成を、前記固定軸の他方の端部に形成した、
ことから成る小型モータのギアユニット。 - 前記固定軸の他方の端部に形成される前記出力軸及び前記ヘリカルギアの抜け止め構成は、固定軸の先端側に圧入されたスナップリングである請求項1に記載の小型モータのギアユニット。
- 前記固定軸は、板状部材を絞り加工することにより前記中空円筒形状に構成される請求項1に記載の小型モータのギアユニット。
- 前記板状部材を絞り加工する際に前記固定軸の開口部側外周に形成される鍔状のハカマ部を用いて、インサート成形される樹脂製のギアボックスから抜け出さないように構成される請求項3に記載の小型モータのギアユニット。
- 前記固定軸は、天井面に小穴をあけて、インサート成形の際のガス抜きをするよう構成した請求項1に記載の小型モータのギアユニット。
- 前記固定軸は、天井面に近い円周側に抜け止め加工をした上で、圧入またはインサート成形により、天井面側がギアボックスに固定される一方、前記出力軸及び前記ヘリカルギアがスラスト方向に抜け出るのを防止するための構成を、固定軸の開口部側に形成した請求項1に記載の小型モータのギアユニット。
- 前記出力軸及び前記ヘリカルギアがスラスト方向に抜け出るのを防止するための構成は、固定軸の開口部側に形成される切りカシメである請求項6に記載の小型モータのギアユニット。
- 前記出力軸及び前記ヘリカルギアがスラスト方向に抜け出るのを防止するための構成は、固定軸の開口部側に形成されるカーリングである請求項6に記載の小型モータのギアユニット。
