Abstract
【解決手段】 陽極体1表面に、誘電体皮膜2、固体電解質層3を順次形成した固体電解コンデンサであって、上記固体電解質層3が、ドーパントとして少なくともフルオロアルキルナフタレンスルホン酸イオンを含有する導電性高分子からなることを特徴とする固体電解コンデンサ。ここで、ドーパントとしてさらに、テトラヒドロナフタレンスルホン酸イオン、ナフタレンスルホン酸イオンまたはベンゼンスルホン酸イオンを含有することができる。

Description
図1を参照して、一端面(3.26mm×0.90mm面)に陽極リード部材10が植立されたタンタル(Ta)焼結体からなる4.36mm×3.26mm×0.90mmの直方体の陽極体1をリン酸水溶液中で陽極酸化を行ない、その表面に誘電体皮膜2を形成し、下記重合液を用いて電解重合を行ない、誘電体皮膜2上に固体電解質層3を形成した。次いで、この固体電解質層3上にカーボン層4、陰極引出層5を順次形成してコンデンサ素子8とした。さらに、陽極リード部材10に陽極端子20を溶接し、陰極引出層5に陰極端子21を導電性接着剤により接続した後、コンデンサ素子8の外側をエポキシ樹脂からなる外装樹脂7により被覆密封して固体電解コンデンサを作製した。
電解重合の重合液として、表1に示すモル濃度の化合物を用いた以外は、実施例1と同様にして固体電解コンデンサを作製し、実施例1と同様にリフロー後のESRおよびLCを測定した。それらの結果を表1にまとめる。
ドーパントとして、OFPNおよび他の種類のスルホン酸イオンとを含有させるため、電解重合の重合液として、表2に示すモル濃度の化合物を用いた以外は、実施例1と同様にして固体電解コンデンサを作製し、実施例1と同様にリフロー後のESRおよびLCを測定した。それらの結果を実施例1とともに表2にまとめる。
ドーパントとして、OFPNおよびBTHNを用いたときのOFPNのモル%の違いによる固体電解コンデンサのESRおよびLC特性の違いを検討するため、電解重合の重合液として、表3に示すモル濃度の化合物を用いた以外は、実施例1と同様にして固体電解コンデンサを作製し、実施例1と同様にリフロー後のESRおよびLCを測定した。それらの結果を表3にまとめる。
Claims (6)
- 陽極体表面に、誘電体皮膜、固体電解質層を順次形成した固体電解コンデンサであって、前記固体電解質層が、ドーパントとして少なくともフルオロアルキルナフタレンスルホン酸イオンを含有する導電性高分子からなることを特徴とする固体電解コンデンサ。
- 前記固体電解質層が、前記ドーパントとしてさらにテトラヒドロナフタレンスルホン酸イオンを含有する導電性高分子からなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の固体電解コンデンサ。
- 前記固体電解質層が、前記ドーパントとしてさらにナフタレンスルホン酸イオンを含有する導電性高分子からなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の固体電解コンデンサ。
- 前記固体電解質層が、前記ドーパントとしてさらにベンゼンスルホン酸イオンを含有する導電性高分子からなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の固体電解コンデンサ。
- 前記ドーパントの全体量に対して、前記フルオロアルキルナフタレンスルホン酸イオンが20モル%〜60モル%である請求項1〜請求項4のいずれかに記載の固体電解コンデンサ。
- 前記導電性高分子がポリピロールである請求項1〜請求項5のいずれかに記載の固体電解コンデンサ。
