Abstract
【解決手段】高周波電極12a,12bの接点14a,14bが設けられている先端フード10を着脱自在に取り付けるためのフード取り付け部2aと、先端フード10がフード取り付け部2aに取り付けられた状態のときに高周波電極12a,12bの接点に接触する対電極接続端子28a,28bとを先端部本体2に設けると共に、高周波電源コード71a,71bを接続するための対電源接続端子5a,5bを操作部3に設けて、挿入部1に内挿した導電部材4a,4bにより対電極接続端子28a,28bと対電源接続端子5a,5bとの間を電気的に接続した。

Description
そのため、患者にとっては導電線が周囲にフラフラとまとわりついた状態の挿入部を飲み込むのが苦痛であり、術者にとっては内視鏡操作中に導電線が手にからんで邪魔になってしまう場合がある。かといって、導電線を処置具挿通チャンネルに通したのでは、吸引機能や他の処置具の同時使用等が不能になってしまう問題が生じる。
図1は高周波処置用内視鏡の全体構成を示しており、可撓管状の挿入部1の先端に先端部本体2が連結され、挿入部1の基端には操作部3が連結されている。なお、先端部本体2部分が平面断面図が示され、操作部3部分は側面図が示されている。

Claims (4)
- 可撓管状の挿入部の先端に設けられた先端部本体に、高周波電極の接点が設けられている先端フードを着脱自在に取り付けるためのフード取り付け部と、上記先端フードが上記フード取り付け部に取り付けられた状態のときに上記高周波電極の接点に接触する対電極接続端子とを設けると共に、高周波電源コードを接続するための対電源接続端子を上記挿入部の基端に連結されている操作部に設けて、上記挿入部に内挿した導電部材により上記対電極接続端子と上記対電源接続端子との間を電気的に接続したことを特徴とする高周波処置用内視鏡。
- 上記対電極接続端子が、上記先端部本体の外周面に形成された凹部内に配置されている請求項1記載の高周波処置用内視鏡。
- 上記対電極接続端子が、上記先端フードを上記先端部本体に弾力的に係止するためのクリックバネを兼用している請求項1又は2記載の高周波処置用内視鏡。
- 上記対電極接続端子と上記導電部材と上記対電源接続端子とが各々一対ずつ配置されている請求項1、2又は3記載の高周波処置用内視鏡。
