前記内側導電層、前記外側導電層及び前記誘電層は、高周波(RF)及び/またはマイクロ波エネルギーを移送する伝送路を形成し、
前記同軸層状構造が、侵襲的外科用スコープ装置の可撓性挿入チューブ内に挿入可能であり、
