Description

Claims (21)
- マイクロ波エネルギー及び高周波エネルギーを伝達するための同軸給電ケーブルであって、前記同軸給電ケーブルは内部導体、外部導体、ならびに前記内部導体及び前記外部導体を分離させる第一誘電材料を含む、前記同軸給電ケーブルと、
前記マイクロ波エネルギー及び前記高周波エネルギーを受信するために前記同軸ケーブルの遠位端部に配置される放射先端部であって、
第二誘電材料から作製される先端部本体であって、前記先端部本体が前記同軸給電ケーブルの遠位端部に接続される近位端部、及び前記同軸給電ケーブルに背向する遠位端部を有し、前記先端部本体は前記先端部本体の前記遠位端部に端面を有する、前記先端部本体、ならびに
前記先端部本体の前記端面上に配置される第一電極及び第二電極であって、前記第二電極が露出した第二誘電材料の一部分によって前記第一電極から離隔される、前記第一電極及び前記第二電極、
を含む、前記放射先端部と、
を備える、電気手術器具であって、
前記第一電極は前記先端部本体内のチャネルを通り延出する導電素子によって前記同軸給電ケーブルの前記内部導体に電気的に接続され、
前記第二電極は前記先端部本体内に、または前記先端部本体上に形成される電場整形導電性構造体によって前記同軸ケーブルの前記外部導体に電気的に接続され、

前記第二電極は、前記第一電極を取り囲む導電性リングであり、前記第二電極の外径は、前記先端部本体の外径と同じである、

- 前記螺旋状スロットのピッチが、前記スロット付き導電性構造体の長さに沿って変化する、請求項4に記載の電気手術器具。
- 前記螺旋状スロットの幅は、長手方向に、前記先端部本体の前記遠位端部に向かい、または前記遠位端部とは逆に延伸するにつれてテーパ状になる、請求項4または5に記載の電気手術器具。
- 前記スロット付き導電性構造体は、前記マイクロ波エネルギーを放出するための複数のスロットを含む、請求項3に記載の電気手術器具。
- 前記複数のスロットのそれぞれは同一の幅を有し、前記スロットは前記放射先端部の長手方向に沿って等間隔に配置される、請求項7に記載の電気手術器具。
- 前記複数のスロットのそれぞれは異なる幅を有し、前記複数のスロットは幅を増加させる順に前記放射先端部の長手方向に沿って配置される、請求項7に記載の電気手術器具。
- 前記スロット付き導電性構造体は、前記先端部本体の外面上に形成される、請求項3~9のいずれか1項に記載の電気手術器具。
- 前記スロット付き導電性構造体は、前記先端部本体上に前記外部導体の延長部によって形成される、請求項3~10のいずれか1項に記載の電気手術器具。
- 前記スロット付き導電性構造体は、前記同軸給電ケーブルの前記遠位端部に配置される第2の導電性リングによって前記外部導体に電気的に接続される、請求項3~10のいずれか1項に記載の電気手術器具。
- 前記導電素子は、前記先端部本体を通過して前記第一電極に接続する内部導体の遠位部を含む、請求項1から請求項12のいずれか1項に記載の電気手術器具。
- 前記第一電極は、前記内部導体の前記遠位部の露出した遠位先端部である、請求項13に記載の電気手術器具。
- 前記先端部本体は円筒形である、請求項1から請求項14のいずれか1項に記載の電気手術器具。
- 前記先端部本体の前記端面は、前記同軸給電ケーブルの長手方向軸に垂直である平面内にある、請求項1から請求項15のいずれか1項に記載の電気手術器具。
- 前記先端部本体は、ドーム形状または円錐形である、請求項1~15のいずれか1項に記載の電気手術器具。

- マイクロ波エネルギー及び高周波エネルギーを供給するように配置される電気手術用発生器と、
前記電気手術用発生器からの前記マイクロ波エネルギー及び前記高周波エネルギーを受信するように接続される請求項1から請求項18のいずれか1項に記載の電気手術器具と、
