Abstract
【解決手段】シール部材14は、ゴム又は樹脂の成形品の上ホルダー16と下ホルダー17よりなり、上ホルダー16は内側にフランジ管状のストッパー18を、下ホルダー17は内外にナット21とアウター22をインサートしてある。バッテリー2の固定は、車体フレーム11の座29に下ホルダー17のアウター22を捩込んで固定したのち、ケース12を膨出部分12aが下ホルダー17に被さるようにして装着し、ついで上ホルダー16を膨出部分12aの孔13に装着する。その後、ボルト3をバッテリーホルダー2aに通し、下ホルダー17のナット21に捩込み締着する。

Claims (7)
- 車体フレーム11上に装着され、バッテリー2が取付けられるケース12と、該ケース12にあけられた取付孔13の孔縁にシールのために取付けられ、内周側に金属製のナット21をインサートして成形されるゴム又は樹脂製のシール部材14と、ケース12の少なくとも一か所以上に設けたシール部材14に支持されるバッテリーホルダー2aを通してシール部材14のナット21に捩込まれ、バッテリーホルダー2aを固定するボルト3よりなることを特徴とする車両用バッテリーの固定構造。
- シール部材14がケース12にあけられた取付孔13の孔縁に上側より取付けられる上ホルダー16、31と、上記取付孔13の孔縁に下側より当てられる下ホルダー17、35、41とよりなり、下ホルダー17、35は内側にナット21を、外側にフレーム11に捩込まれる外ネジ22をインサートして成形されることを特徴とする請求項1記載の車両用バッテリーの固定構造。
- ナット21は外側が凹凸に形成されることを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の車両用バッテリーの固定構造。
- 上ホルダー16が内側にフランジ管状のストッパー18をインサートして成形され、ボルト3の捩込みに伴い引き上げられるナット21の上端面がストッパー18下端に係合ないし接近することを特徴とする請求項2又は3記載の車両用バッテリーの固定構造。
- 下ホルダー17、35の孔縁への当り面にシール用のoリング23が装着されることを特徴とする請求項2ないし4のいずれかの請求項に記載の車両用バッテリーの固定構造。
- 下ホルダー17、35には、周方向に適当間隔を存してナット21を押える押え26、36が一体形成されることを特徴とする請求項2ないし5のいずれかの請求項に記載の車両用バッテリーの固定構造。
- 上ホルダー31は樹脂製で、ゲートによって形成される突起32が該突起32の高さよりも深い凹所33内に形成されることを特徴とする請求項1ないし6のいずれかの請求項に記載の車両用バッテリーの固定構造。
