Abstract
【解決手段】ディーゼルエンジン20の排気系32に設けられ、排気ガス中のパティキュレートを捕集するフィルタ11と、前記フィルタの入口−出口差圧を検出する圧力差測定手段と、前記入口−出口差圧に基いてフィルタ11のパティキュレート捕集量を推測するパティキュレート捕集量推測手段16と、パティキュレート捕集量の推測値が所定値以上になったときにパティキュレートを燃焼させる再生手段10と、を備えるディーゼルエンジンのフィルタ再生制御装置において、前記パティキュレート捕集量推測手段16は、前記フィルタの入口−出口圧力差に基いてパティキュレート捕集量を推測し、再生がパティキュレート捕集量の全部を燃焼させる完全再生であった場合に使用する第1のパティキュレート捕集量マップと、再生がパティキュレート捕集量の一部を燃焼させる部分再生であった場合に使用する第2のパティキュレート捕集量マップと、から構成される。

Description
ここで、式(1)について詳しく説明する。PMc2〜PMc3間では、前述したとおり実際のPM捕集量がPMfinal以下になっているにもかかわらず、マップ上では再生直前よりもPM捕集量が増加してしまうので、現在のPM捕集量PMcurrをマップから演算することができない。追加捕集中のPM捕集量も同様に演算不可能である。

Claims (5)
- ディーゼルエンジンの排気系に設けられ、排気ガス中のパティキュレートを捕集するフィルタと、
前記フィルタの入口−出口差圧を検出する圧力差測定手段と、
前記入口−出口差圧に基いて前記フィルタのパティキュレート捕集量を推測するパティキュレート捕集量推測手段と、
前記パティキュレート捕集量の推測値が所定値以上になったときにパティキュレートを燃焼させる再生手段と、を備えるディーゼルエンジンのフィルタ再生制御装置において、
前記パティキュレート捕集量推測手段は、再生がパティキュレート捕集量の全部を燃焼させる完全再生であった場合に使用する第1のパティキュレート捕集量演算手段と、
再生がパティキュレート捕集量の一部を燃焼させる部分再生であった場合に使用する第2のパティキュレート捕集量演算手段と、で構成され、
再生の状況に応じてこれら2つのパティキュレート捕集量演算手段を切換えながら前記パティキュレート捕集量を推測することを特徴とするディーゼルエンジンのフィルタ再生制御装置。 - 前記第1、第2のパティキュレート捕集量演算手段は、それぞれ第1、第2のパティキュレート捕集量マップに基いてパティキュレート捕集量を演算し、前記第1、第2のパティキュレート捕集量マップは、パティキュレート捕集量を前記フィルタの入口−出口差圧で割付けたものであって、パティキュレート捕集量とフィルタの入口−出口差圧とは線形関係である請求項1に記載のディーゼルエンジンのフィルタ再生制御装置。
- 前記第1のパティキュレート捕集量マップは、パティキュレート捕集量が一定以上になるとパティキュレート捕集量と入口−出口差圧の関係が直線的になり、前記第2のパティキュレート捕集量マップは、前記第1のパティキュレート捕集量マップの直線部分と等しい傾きの直線である請求項2に記載のディーゼルエンジンのフィルタ再生制御装置。
- 再生開始に伴い、前記第1のパティキュレート捕集量マップから第2のパティキュレート捕集量マップへ切換えた後、第2のパティキュレート捕集量マップによる推測値が、再生開始時の第1のパティキュレート捕集量マップによる推測値より小さくなるまでは、パティキュレート捕集量は再生開始時の第1のパティキュレート捕集量マップによる推測値に一次固定する請求項2または3に記載のディーゼルエンジンのフィルタ再生制御装置。
- 第2のパティキュレート捕集量マップによる推測値が、再生開始時の第1のパティキュレート捕集量マップによる推測値よりも小さくなる前に再生が終了した場合には、再生終了時および追加捕集中のパティキュレート捕集量を第2のパティキュレート捕集量マップから推測して、これらの差分を第1のパティキュレート捕集量マップから推測される再生開始時のパティキュレート捕集量に加算したものをパティキュレート捕集量推測値とする請求項2〜4のいずれか一つに記載のディーゼルエンジンのフィルタ再生制御装置。
