Abstract
【解決手段】 第一カム面23、第二カム面24を有する連動レバー20を絞り弁軸7に取り付け、チョーク弁3を閉じた低温始動時にチョーク弁レバー15に第一カム面23が接し連動レバー20を停止させた状態で絞り弁6を任意に開いて始動させる。チョーク弁3を全開に戻した後は小開度域で絞り弁6のみを開いて低負荷運転を行ない、中・高負荷域で連動レバー20が絞り弁6と一体に回動し第二カム面24が空気弁レバー18を押して絞り弁6と空気弁11を比例的に開閉動作させるものとした。

Claims (6)
- 絞り弁およびチョーク弁が設置され混合気をエンジンに供給する吸気通路と、空気弁が設置され掃気用空気をエンジンに供給する空気通路とを有している2サイクルエンジン用気化器において、
前記絞り弁の開閉動作に追従して或いは追従することなく単独で回動可能に絞り弁軸に取り付けられ、第一、第二の二つのカム面を有する連動レバーと、
チョーク弁軸に固定して取り付けられ前記第一カム面に接するチョーク弁レバー、および前記チョーク弁に開弁力を付勢した開弁ばねと、
空気弁軸に固定して取り付けられ前記第二カム面に接する空気弁レバー、および前記空気弁に閉弁力を付勢した閉弁ばねと、
を具えており、そして前記チョーク弁レバーは前記チョーク弁が開いた状態で前記連動レバーの回動領域外に置かれるが、前記チョーク弁が閉じた状態で前記第一カム面に接して前記連動レバーを前記第二カム面が前記空気弁レバーに接しない位置に拘束して前記空気弁を閉弁状態とし、前記連動レバーは前記チョーク弁レバーによる拘束が解除されたとき前記絞り弁のある開度以上で前記第二カム面が前記空気弁レバーに接して前記空気弁を開かせるものとされている、
ことを特徴とする2サイクルエンジン用気化器。 - 前記連動レバーは前記チョーク弁が閉じられているとき前記チョーク弁レバーによって前記空気弁を閉弁状態に保持する位置に置かれ、前記絞り弁のみを全開まで開弁操作可能とする請求項1に記載した2サイクルエンジン用気化器。
- 前記第一カム面は前記チョーク弁の全閉位置と或る開度位置との間で前記第二カム面が前記空気弁レバーに接しない位置に前記連動レバーを前記チョーク弁レバーによって停止させるように形成されている請求項1または2に記載した2サイクルエンジン用気化器。
- 前記絞り弁軸は絞り弁レバーを固定して取り付けているとともに前記連動レバーを回動可能に取り付けており、前記絞り弁に閉弁力を付勢する戻しばねが前記絞り弁レバーと連動レバーとに両端を係止して設けられている請求項1,2または3に記載した2サイクルエンジン用気化器。
- 絞り弁およびチョーク弁が設置され混合気をエンジンに供給する吸気通路と、空気弁が設置され掃気用空気をエンジンに供給する空気通路とを有している2サイクルエンジン用気化器において、
絞り弁軸に固定して取り付けられ当り面およびカム面を有する連動レバー、および前記絞り弁に閉弁力を付勢した戻しばねと、
チョーク弁軸に固定して取り付けられ前記当り面に接するチョーク弁レバー、および前記チョーク弁に開弁力を付勢した開弁ばねと、
空気弁軸に固定して取り付けられ前記カム面に接する空気弁レバー、および前記空気弁に閉弁力を付勢した閉弁ばねと、
を具えており、そして前記チョーク弁レバーは前記チョーク弁が開いた状態で前記連動レバーの回動領域外に置かれるが、前記チョーク弁が閉じた状態で前記当り面に接して前記カム面を前記空気弁レバーに接触させる位置以下に前記連動レバーの回動を制限して前記空気弁に閉弁状態を維持させ、前記連動レバーは前記チョーク弁レバーによる制限が解除されたとき前記絞り弁の或る開度以上で前記カム面が前記空気弁レバーに接して前記空気弁を前記絞り弁の開きに対応して開かせるものとされている、
ことを特徴とする2サイクルエンジン用気化器。 - 前記当り面は前記チョーク弁レバーに前記チョーク弁の全閉位置とそれより僅かに開いた位置との間で接しそれ以上の開き位置では接しないように形成されている請求項5に記載した2サイクルエンジン用気化器。
