Abstract
【解決手段】 直線状の経路に沿って搬送されている容器を検査するための機械である。機械には、直線状の経路の前方に左側キャビネットと右側キャビネットが離間して配置され、その間の空間は、作業員が直線状の経路に接近して立てる空間になっている。機械は、左側と右側の検査ステーションを有しており、それぞれ、直線状の経路の前方に配置された左側アッセンブリと右側アッセンブリを含んでいる。これらアッセンブリは垂直軸回りに回転できるように取り付けられているので、直線状の経路に接近した閉鎖位置から、直線状の経路から離れた後退位置まで回転させることができるようになっている。後退位置では、作業員は機械に入って検査ステーションを点検修理することができる。

Claims (3)
- 右側の検査ステーション及び左側の検査ステーションを通る直線状の経路に沿って搬送中の容器を検査するための機械において、
前記直線状経路の前方で且つ左端にある第1キャビネット手段と、
前記直線状経路の前方で且つ右端にある第2キャビネット手段であって、前記直線状経路の前方で前記第1キャビネット手段と前記第2キャビネット手段の間に開放領域を形成するようになっている、第2キャビネット手段と、
第1扉及び第2扉と、
前記第1扉を前記第1キャビネット手段の側に取り付け、前記第1扉を、前記開放領域への入口の半分を閉じる閉鎖位置から、前記第1キャビネット手段の側に向かって開放位置まで押し動かせるようにするための第1取り付け手段と、
前記第2扉を前記第2キャビネット手段の側に取り付け、前記第2扉を、前記開放領域への入口のもう半分を閉じる閉鎖位置から、前記第2キャビネット手段の側に向かって開放位置まで押し動かせるようにするための第2取り付け手段と、
前記直線状経路の前方に、前記直線状経路に近い作動位置と前記開放領域から離れた後退位置の間で垂直軸を中心に回転移動させることができるように取り付けられている第1アッセンブリを含んでいる右側検査ステーションと、
前記直線状経路の前方に、前記直線状経路に近い作動位置と前記開放領域から離れた後退位置の間で垂直軸を中心に回転移動させることができるように取り付けられている第2アッセンブリを含んでいる左側検査ステーションと、を備えている機械。 - 前記第1アッセンブリはミラーアッセンブリである、請求項1に記載の容器を検査するための機械。
- 前記第2アッセンブリは光源アッセンブリである、請求項2に記載の容器を検査するための機械。
