Claims (11)
- 低放射率Eを有し、高熱応力に耐えることができる、窓ペインのための多層フィルムであって、1つ以上の銀に基づいた機能層と、該銀層の上部に配置された犠牲金属層と、基材表面に近い下方の反射防止誘電層と、上方の反射防止層を具備し、1つ以上の金属窒化物に基づいた層が、該銀層と、該銀層の上部に配置された該犠牲金属層の間に配置されたことを特徴とする多層フィルム。
- 1つ以上の金属窒化物に基づいた層がSi 3 N 4 及び/又はAlNに基づいていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の多層フィルム。
- 1つ以上の金属窒化物に基づいた層が0.5〜5nmであることを特徴とする、請求項1又は請求項2の何れか1項に記載の低放射率Eを有する多層フィルム。
- 1つ以上の金属窒化物に基づいた層が1〜4nmの厚さであることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の低放射率Eを有する多層フィルム。
- 1つ以上の金属窒化物に基づいた層が少なくともほぼ化学量論的組成を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜4の何れか1項に記載の低放射率Eを有する多層フィルム。
- 上方の犠牲金属層がCr、Ni、Al、Ti、Mg、Mn、Si、Zn若しくはCu、又は、これらの金属の合金から構成されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5の何れか1項に記載の低放射率Eを有する多層フィルム。
- 該銀層が部分的に結晶質のZnO:Al層上に堆積されたことを特徴とする、請求項1〜6の何れか1項に記載の低放射率Eを有する多層フィルム。
- 犠牲金属層がまた、該銀層の下に配置され、該犠牲金属層がCr、Ni、Al、Ti、Mg、Mn、Si若しくはCu、又は、これらの金属の合金から構成され、1つ以上の金属窒化物に基づいた層によって該銀層から隔てられたことを特徴とする、請求項1〜6の何れか1項に記載の低放射率Eを有する多層フィルム。
- 以下の多層構造、即ち、基材/SnO2/ZnO:Al/Ag/Si3N4/AlMgMn/SnO2/ZnSnSbOxを特徴とする、請求項1〜7の何れか1項に記載の低放射率Eを有する多層フィルム。
- 以下の多層構造、即ち、基材/25 SnO2/9 ZnO:Al/11.5 Ag/3 Si3N4/3 ZnAl/38 SnO2/2 ZnSnSbOxを特徴とする、請求項1〜7の何れか1項に記載の低放射率Eを有する多層フィルム。
- 透過率T550を84〜88%、拡散分散(diffuse dispersion)を0.2〜0.35%、及び/又は、多層フィルム面に関して、放射率Eを4.0〜5.0%とすることを特徴とする、請求項1〜10の何れか1項に記載の低放射率Eを有する多層フィルムでコーティングされた透明窓ペイン。
