Description
Claims (13)
- ガラス基板で支持されたコーティングを備える被覆物品であって、
前記コーティングが、
前記ガラス基板の上の、窒化ケイ素を含む第1誘電体層と、
前記第1誘電体層の上でそれと接触している54〜58重量%のNi、20〜22.5重量%のCr及び12.5〜14.5重量%のMoを含むIR反射層と、
前記IR反射層の上でそれと接触しているNbZrを含むバリア層と、
前記バリア層の上でそれと接触している窒化ケイ素を含む第2誘電体層と、
前記第2誘電体層の上でそれと接触しているジルコニウム酸化物を含むオーバーコート層と、
を備える、
被覆物品。 - 前記コーティングが前記IR反射層を1層のみ備えており、
前記被覆物品が一体型として使用される、
請求項1に記載の被覆物品。 - 断熱ガラス(IG)ユニットであって、
請求項1に記載の被覆物品と、
前記ガラス基板に対して、前記コーティングが、前記IGユニットの表面1又は表面4に位置するようにセットされた第2基板と、
を備える、断熱ガラス(IG)ユニット。 - 請求項1に記載の被覆物品である第1被覆物品及び第2被覆物品を備える断熱ガラス(IG)ユニットであって、
前記第1被覆物品及び前記第2被覆物品が互いに、前記第1被覆物品上の前記コーティング及び/又は前記第2被覆物品上の前記コーティングが前記IGユニットの外表面上にあるような位置関係で設けられている、
断熱ガラス(IG)ユニット。 - ガラス基板で支持されたコーティングを備える被覆物品であって、
前記コーティングが、
前記ガラス基板の上の第1誘電体層と、
前記第1誘電体層の上でそれと接触している54〜58重量%のNi、20〜22.5重量%のCr及び12.5〜14.5重量%のMoを含むIR反射層と、
前記ガラス基板の上で、少なくとも前記IR反射層の上に設けられた第2誘電体層と、
を備える、
被覆物品。 - 請求項5に記載の被覆物品であって、
前記IR反射層が前記第1誘電体層及び前記第2誘電体層と接触している、
被覆物品。 - 請求項5に記載の被覆物品であって、
前記第1誘電体層及び前記第2誘電体層が窒化ケイ素を含む、
被覆物品。 - 請求項5に記載の被覆物品であって、
前記コーティングは、当該コーティングの最外層として、ジルコニウム酸化物を含む保護オーバーコートをさらに備える、
被覆物品。 - 請求項5に記載の被覆物品であって、
前記コーティングは、前記IR反射層と前記第2誘電体層との間に、前記IR反射層及び前記第2誘電体層と接触しているバリア層をさらに備える、
被覆物品。 - 請求項9に記載の被覆物品であって、
前記バリア層がNbZrを含む、
被覆物品。 - 請求項5に記載の被覆物品であって、
前記第1誘電体層及び前記第2誘電体層が窒化ケイ素を含み、
前記コーティングは、前記IR反射層と前記第2誘電体層との間に設けられNbZrを含むバリア層をさらに備える、
被覆物品。 - 請求項5に記載の被覆物品であって、
前記コーティングは、前記IR反射層を1層のみ備えている、
被覆物品。 - 請求項5に記載の被覆物品を備える断熱ガラス(IG)窓ユニットであって、
前記被覆物品から間隔を空けて設けられた他の基板をさらに備える
断熱ガラス(IG)窓ユニット。
