Abstract
【解決手段】1つあるいは1より多いアイソタクチックの変成されたポリプロピレン(MPP)またはポリプロピレン−α−オレフィンコポリマー(MPPコポリマー)と1つあるいは1より多いポリマーまたは樹脂を含む組成物であって、前記MPPまたはMPPコポリマーが1個あるいは1より多いカルボキシルまたは酸無水物、好ましくはマレイン酸または酸無水物により、あるいは1個あるいは1より多いエポキシまたはヒドロキシル基により変成されている組成物。

Description
アイソタクチックMPPまたはMPP付加物の例は、次の反応生成物を含んでもよい:
COOH官能性のポリエステルまたはアクリルポリマー樹脂、ウレタンポリマー、アルキッド樹脂またはエポキシ樹脂とヒドロキシル官能性、あるいはヒドロキシルおよびカルボキシル官能性アイソタクチックMPPまたはMPPコポリマーとの反応生成物;例えば、エポキシ官能性アイソタクチックMPPまたはMPPコポリマーとブタンジオールまたはプロピオン酸ジメタノールのようなポリオールとを反応させることにより形成される付加物、または過剰量のジオール、ヒドロキシ酸またはポリオールと酸無水物官能性アイソタクチックMPPまたはMPPとを反応させることにより形成される付加物などの反応生成物;
ポリエステルまたはアクリルなどの任意のOH基含有のポリマー、樹脂または架橋剤とカルボキシル官能性アイソタクチックMPPまたはMPPとの反応生成物、例えばマレイン酸または他の酸無水物官能性MPPまたはMPPコポリマーを水、アルコールまたは水アルコール中で混合することにより形成されるもの、またはエポキシMPPまたはMPPコポリマーとヒドロキシ酪酸または乳酸などのヒドロキシ酸とを反応させることにより形成されるものなどの反応生成物;
ジオール、例えばブタンジオール、または低級(C2−C8)(シクロ)アルカンジオールとエポキシ末端アイソタクチックMPPまたはMPPコポリマーとの反応生成物;
(メタ)アクリル酸とエポキシ官能性アイソタクチックMPPまたはMPPコポリマーとを反応させて、TPO、他のポリオレフィン基体、または熱可塑性樹脂などの他の熱感受性基体に対する接着用の紫外(UV)硬化系で使用するためのコーティング、パウダーコーティング、フィルム形成性および成形用組成物の製造に有用なアクリレート化されたヒドロキシル官能性ポリプロピレンを形成する反応生成物;
カルボキシル、酸無水物、ヒドロキシルあるいはエポキシ官能性アイソタクチックMPPまたはMPPコポリマーとアミン官能性ポリイミドまたはポリアミドを含むバインダーポリマーとの反応生成物;
モノマレイン酸官能性アイソタクチックMPPまたはMPPコポリマーと2−ヒドロキシアクリル酸エチル(HEA)、メタクリル酸2−ヒドロキシルエチル(HEMA)、またはアクリル酸4−ヒドロキシブチル(HBA)モノマーなどの(メタ)アクリル酸ヒドロキシアルキルを含有するアクリルポリマーとを反応させて、TPOあるいは他のポリオレフィン基体に対する接着性を持つ水低減可能なアクリルあるいは水性アクリルエマルジョン用のカルボキシル官能基を与える反応生成物;
2モルの単一の無水マレイン酸末端のアイソタクチックMPPまたはMPPコポリマーと1モルのシクロヘキサンジメタノールとを反応させて、水性ポリマー分散液組成物のためのジカルボキシル官能性付加物を与える反応生成物;この付加物をヒドロキシル官能性のポリマーまたは樹脂と更に反応させて、水性、溶剤性および成形用あるいは賦型用の組成物用のポリマー付加物を形成する反応生成物;
1モルの無水マレイン酸末端のアイソタクチックMPPまたはMPPコポリマーと2〜2.5モルのシクロヘキサンジメタノールとを反応させて、分枝状のポリエステルの水性分散液で使用するための、あるいは酸官能性ポリエステルまたはアクリルおよびウレタンポリマーと反応させて、水性分散液用のための付加物を製造するためのジヒドロキシル官能性付加物を与える反応生成物;
例えば、混合し、そして所望ならば加熱して、マレイン酸基当り2つのジカルボキシル(カルボキシル)基を形成し、任意に引き続いて2モル等量のモノエポキシ反応物と反応させて、ヒドロキシル官能性アイソタクチックMPPを形成するか、あるいは引き続き1モル等量のエポキシ反応物と反応させて、ヒドロキシルおよびカルボキシル基を形成することによる酸無水物官能性、例えば無水マレイン酸官能性アイソタクチックMPPまたはMPPコポリマーと水、水アルコールまたはアルコールとの反応生成物;
エポキシ末端のアイソタクチックMPPホモポリマー(例えば、1700のMnを有する)とブタンジオールのようなC2−C8ジオールなどのジオールとを既知のカチオン硬化またはアミン触媒の存在下で反応させて、メラミンあるいはイソシアネート架橋剤または硬化剤と共に使用するためのOH官能性アイソタクチックMPPまたはMPPコポリマーを与える反応生成物;
エポキシ末端のアイソタクチックMPPホモポリマー(例えば、1700のMnを有する)とアジピン酸などのカルボン酸官能性の反応物とを、あるいはヒドロキシ酸とを反応させて、アルコール、ポリオール、およびOHまたはイソシアネート含有ポリマー、樹脂、または架橋剤、例えばポリエステル、ポリウレタン、アクリルおよびアルキッドなどと共に使用するか、あるいは更に、これらと反応させるためのカルボキシル官能性アイソタクチックMPPまたはMPPコポリマーを与える反応生成物;
エポキシ官能性アイソタクチックMPPまたはMPPコポリマーとプロピオン酸ジメタノールとを反応させて、アクリル、ポリエステル、ポリウレタンおよびエポキシ樹脂と共に使用する、そして任意に、更に、これらと反応させるためのOHおよびCOOH基含有のアイソタクチックMPPまたはMPPコポリマーを与える反応生成物;および
1モルのジマレイン官能性アイソタクチックPPと2モルのジオールとを反応させて、アクリル、ポリエステル、ポリウレタンおよびエポキシ樹脂と共に使用するか、そして任意には、更に、これらと反応させるための、OHおよびCOOH官能基を有するジエステル付加物を形成する反応生成物。
Claims (10)
- 1つあるいは1より多い、アイソタクチックの、変成されたポリプロピレン(MPP)またはポリプロピレン−α−オレフィンコポリマー(MPPコポリマー)、および1つあるいは1より多いポリマーまたは樹脂を含む組成物であって、前記MPPまたはMPPコポリマーが1個あるいは1より多いカルボキシル、酸無水物、ヒドロキシルあるいはエポキシ基により変成されている前記組成物。
- 前記カルボキシルあるいは酸無水物基がマレイン酸または無水マレイン酸を含む請求項1記載の組成物。
- 前記アイソタクチックMPPまたはMPPコポリマーがカルボキシル、酸無水物、ヒドロキシル、あるいはエポキシ末端化されている請求項1記載の組成物。
- 前記アイソタクチックMPPまたはMPPコポリマーが末端オレフィン二重結合、および500〜10,000の範囲の数平均分子量(Mn)を有する請求項1記載の組成物。
- 1つあるいは1より多い、アイソタクチックの、変成されたポリプロピレン(MPP)またはポリプロピレン−α−オレフィンコポリマー(MPPコポリマー)と、1つあるいは1より多い、ポリマーまたは樹脂との反応生成物である、1つあるいは1より多い付加物を含む組成物であって、前記MPPまたはMPPコポリマーが1個あるいは1より多いカルボキシル、酸無水物、ヒドロキシルあるいはエポキシ基により変成されている前記組成物。
- 前記ポリマーまたは樹脂がアクリルポリマー、多官能性アクリルモノマー、ポリエステル、アルキッド、アクリル変成アルキッド、ポリウレタン、ポリアミド、ポリアミン、ポリイミン、スチレンポリマー、ビニルポリマー、エポキシ樹脂、並びにこれらの混合物および組み合わせ物からなる群から選択される請求項1記載の組成物。
- 水、有機溶剤、またはこれの混合物を更に含む請求項1記載の組成物。
- 塩素化ポリオレフィン(CPO)を更に含む請求項7記載の組成物。
- 前記アイソタクチックMPPが、該ポリマー中に含有されるモノマー単位の全重量基準で40重量%〜90重量%のアイソタクチック単位を含み、さらに前記MPPコポリマーが、該ポリマー中に含有されるモノマー単位の全重量基準で9重量%〜90重量%のアイソタクチック単位を含む、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
- 請求項9記載の硬化された組成物を含むコーティングまたはフィルム。
